I was so excited to finally have a date night with my husband. Got there was a few minutes wait the place was full a few dirty tables here and there. We were sat at a high table for 6 even tho it was just us two. So as soon as a small booth cleared next to us we moved. Took the waitress a few minutes to come back and noticed we moved. As soon as she brought our drinks she asked if we knew what we wanted and I get it I am a server myself t was 9:40pm. She left to put our order in and never came back. I saw thw bartender polishing a wine glass and was like I wanted to have a glass of wine with my steak but by the time ahe came back it was 10:05 and said the bar was already closed and I couldn't order it not even another beer for my husband. Our food finally came out around 10:15 still no sight of our waitress. My husband need a drink which he finally ordered when she came back. It around d 10:16 we see a waitress taking out two XX dresses to another table. We are very disappointed in how tonight went. From eating at a table that was never bussed to not even a drink with my husband since I wasn't allowed to order even thought the waitress never returned to see if we needed anything. Read moreI called to see if there was space available for 2 adults, 4 kids, and a newborn the host answered and said I would be put on a waiting list and will receive text message once we get seated. I received text message and put oh k than one after another kept receiving it like if they were rushing me to get off car. Once we got inside we got seated and our server was Anna. Anna was taking our order and husband asked for burger plain and dry she replies no buns don't know if she was being sarcastic or something else. My kids look at her like with buns and than ordered a Steak Well Done with smothered mushrooms. Once we got our order they brought my plate last and Steak was not Well Done and it didn't have smothered mushrooms. Once I asked for bill we got it and left her a tip and she goes and gives herself a $20 dollar tip extra. If that is the case that tip is already being charged on bill than I don't think I should of left tip. Unless she did a perfect job at serving than I wouldn't have minded leaving her a bigger tip. But it being my first time with my family here we had a really bad serve experience and she charged our card more than she was suppose to and now our Bank Account is overdrawn because of her. Read moreI placed a To Go order online at 11:11 AM, and I was given a pick up time of 11:45 AM. My husband went to the To Go window to check on our order two times. Both times, he was told that we would be texted when our order was ready. At 12:05 PM, I approached the To Go window. No one was there. I went inside the restaurant to inquire about our order. The girl working To Go told me that the kitchen was backed up. I told her that we’d already been waiting in the car for 20 minutes. She responded that the kitchen back up was beyond her control. I have restaurant experience. When a customer has inquired about their food multiple times, you tell the kitchen to cook the order on the fly. The To Go girl walked elsewhere. I saw another staff member and told her that we’d already been waiting for our food for 20 minutes. She explained that the kitchen was behind and went to check on our order. Finally, at 12:11 PM—1 hour after I ordered it and almost 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time—the order was ready. The To Go girl didn’t say one word to me—she just handed me my order ($50 with tip). The food was good, and the order was correct, but the customer service was horrible. There was no communication about the kitchen being backed up—this should have been explained to my husband the second time that he asked about our food. There was no rush to get our food out.
