Absolutely life changing event that I stumbled across Max, I am truly thankful that I joined Max family. I have been doing strength training for more than 30+ years (since my teen years). With added family/work responsibilities and terrible food habits, I was leaning towards moderate blood pressure. My doctor suggested to have balanced healthy diet and casually mentioned Max Challenge as a good way to achieve strength with healthy lifestyle. I was curious and reached out to Max @Edison. Jason runs the show and he proposed to join for a Friday trial session. I went in and it was EXACTLY what I was missing my whole life, I have rarely missed classes since enrollment. Working out 5 days a week is embossed in my daily routine now. I lost more than 20+ lbs in 2 months and have maintained same healthy weight for more than 20+ months. More importantly my health parameters significantly improved. The same doctor now compliments me on the inspiring transformation every time. I am confident of my physical/mental strength and see the difference during any strenuous activity, be it impromptu dance, lifting heavy weights, yard work, and other cardio pair-activities ;). I have become extremely food conscious and have complete control on my cravings. I do enjoy cheat meal on regular basis but it does not affect my weight or health.
Jason is a legend who inspires others by following actions of his own preaching. He is the “God Father” of this family. Everyday he tops up the training with positive pep talk at the end. He really cares and knows everyone(100+) by their first name. I have also made lot of friends and everyday we keep each other motivated, always pushing each other little more. Read moreWhere do I even begin?! This place is amazing ! I have been a member for only 6 weeks and it already feels like home to me. Jason is truly an amazing, inspirational person. I have struggled with self confidence, body image, and anxiety for years now, and I already see a change in myself mentally and physically.
Weeks prior to signing up, I contacted Jason for some information on the program. He dedicated time for me to come in and observe a class, followed by a one to one with him. I was extremely nervous of starting a program as I rarely exercised or had any experience with it really. He reassured me that the class consisted of all different levels and he would guide me throughout the process. The best decision I have ever made for myself was signing up that day.
The Max isn’t just a class like at a basic gym, it’s truly unique. You aren’t just a number, Jason treats every person as if he is personally training them each class, and he knows everyone by their first name, you won’t find that at a gym. Each day is different than the last, you will never be bored of the same workouts. You are using muscles you may have never used before, you are strenthening yourself inside and out, and you are surrounded by a community of wonderful people who are always cheering you on.

Jason Hoffman is one of the best instructors I have ever seen in a group fitness class and the crowd is full of cheerful people of all levels of fitness. You won't feel overwhelmed if you are a newbie to exercising and if you are already good, you will get lots of challenging stimuli!! They have various batches, you will surely find a batch with timing convenient for you.
I have been an avid regular for 2 years and there are many members who have celebrated their 3rd-4th or even 5th "Max-anniversary", this should definitely speak something for the class!
