UPDATE 2023-11-26: I'm keeping my original review intact below, but it's worth noting that my coworkers and I ordered lunch from here about a week or so after my review was posted. When we picked up our food I was happily surprised to see that every box was tagged in permanent marker with the flavor of the food contained therein. Never before have we been able to sort out our lunches that quickly. While I can't definitively say that they took my review to heart, it kinda seems that way and I'm hopeful that this practice will be a permanently ongoing thing.

I can't say much that hasn't already been said before. The food is excellent, crispy and hot and delicious. I am particularly fond of the Soy Garlic and Galbi boneless thighs which are melt-in-your-mouth exquisite. Onion rings are "okay", nothing special but still tasty. The fried dumplings are excellent and can be a meal by itself.

The one sincere complaint I do have, and the reason for the low "service" rating and the missing fifth star overall, is this: They don't label their food. I often order as part of a group (lunch at work) so we'll order several different varieties, and every time we have to spend several minutes figuring out whose chicken is whose. Sure, some of them are obvious but a lot of them are not; I challenge anyone to discern between Secret Spicy, Hot Spicy, and Spicy Galbi based on sight and smell alone. To me, this just reeks of laziness on behalf of the restaurant. Literally all they need to do is keep a permanent marker next to the packing station and write the contents on each box. If every other restaurant can do this, why can't they? Once they start marking the boxes with the contents I'll happily bump this to five stars, but...

Called in my oder as I left work. Friday around 3:40pm. (For anyone like me with poor Korean, no worries-the staff was fluent in English)

25 minutes later, I got there to pick up and it was being bagged (perfect timing)

Then I drove home (1 hour commute)..

With all that considered: Pickup was easy. The food court is sorta hidden in the far corner of Lotte Market. Just follow the line of cash registers and you'll find the food court sign.

Chicken packaging was great. Stayed warm the whole time, nothing spilled or leaked.

Chicken was fried nicely and meat really fell off the bone. Secret spicy sauce was good, not too spicy with a little sweetness. Their hot spicy sauce was crazy spicy for me though, so...

I never ate there before. But I was doing delivery for customers and the store is very rude to me. I asked then why they told me 10 mins to wait but in the end took like 30+ mins. As I question the staff, the owner from the back just yell at me saying I should cancel the order. I can't cancel the order. Only customer can. And if they do after a long time, customer has to pay penalty. Since this was pre paid, this rude owner does not care about orders. He have me wrong information and does not care about the delay. He should just tell me its going to take 30 mins n I would have did something else and customer would also been notified correctly. This is just my experience. I will blacklist this...
