My significant other and I were in the mood for some Pakistani/Indian food and after much research we decided to try out Zaika BBQ & Grill. This place should be called Eureka BBQ & Grill for EUREKA we found the best darn Pakistani food in the area!

As this was our first time we were not familiar with the portion size so we ended up ordering quite a bit of food which we gladly took home. We loved the portion sizes, just know that one meal h can be shred between two people. Onto the food!

We ordered: 1) veggie samosas, 2) chicken mixed grill, 3) the goat curry, 4) vegetable biryani, 5) garlic naan, 6) onion naan, 7) chai tea, and 8) ras malai for dessert.

The veggie samosas were crispy on the outside and the filling was delicious with the right amount of spice and very little heat.

The chicken mixed grill came with a number of pieces of chicken cooked and sliced differently. Each offering was moist and not dry at all. Paired nicely with garlic and onion naan.

The goat curry was phenomenal! The spices were warm and tasty; however, know that this dish, although “mild”, does have some heat. Not a heat one feels in the mouth and it does not linger. The heat can be tampered down with the green cilantro-mint sauce. The goat was fall-off-the bone tender and the flavor was out of this world! This dish came with plain rice; however, the goat and sauce paired nicely with either naan.

The vegetable biryani was “mild”, yet like the goat curry did have some heat to it. Peas, carrots, and green beans were the mixed vegetables and although this rice was tasty it was not something we would order again.

The garlic and onion naan were thick, fluffy, soft and delicious. I could’ve eaten three or four of those bad boys; yet, I resisted as the other food was too darn good.

The chai teas were season well, hot, and not sweet as we like it. You can sweeten as needed.

Finally, the ras malai. First time I tried this dish and it was very tasty. Just the right amount of sweet, cream-to-spongy cake ratio. We ordered this to go and ate it once we got home. I’m hindsight we would’ve eaten it at the restaurant with the chai tea as that would have been a great combo.

Great atmosphere and the service we received from all of the staff was excellent! One of the things we appreciated about the staff was once our food came they left us alone to enjoy and we’re not constantly checking on us like in some restaurants.

This is a definite return...

Located in a convenient strip mall, this restaurant instantly welcomed us with its spacious and comfortable seating, setting the stage for a dining experience steeped in authenticity and culinary delight. From the moment we walked in, it was clear we were in for a treat, not just because of the food, but also due to the innovative service that awaited us.

The menu was a treasure trove of traditional Pakistani dishes, each promising an authentic flavor journey. Our selections included tender Lamb Chops, rich Butter Chicken, a uniquely flavorful Beef Chapli Burger, savory Cheese Kababs, and perfectly baked Garlic Naan. The commitment to authentic Pakistani flavors was evident in every bite, showcasing the restaurant’s culinary prowess.

Desserts like Moong Daal Halwa and Kheer provided a perfectly sweet end to our meal, their flavors and textures celebrating the richness of Pakistani sweets with every spoonful.

Adding an unexpected twist to our experience was the cool addition of a robot bringing out our food. This innovative touch not only entertained us but also showcased the restaurant’s commitment to blending traditional culinary experiences with modern technology, enhancing the overall dining atmosphere.

The service, highlighted by the robotic delivery, was impeccable. Staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, including preparing a special mint chutney without yogurt for me. This level of attention and care, combined with the novelty of robotic service, made our visit truly memorable.

For those seeking authentic Pakistani cuisine within a welcoming and innovative environment, this restaurant is a must-visit. It offers a unique blend of traditional dishes, exceptional service, and modern touches like the robot server, ensuring a dining experience that is as delightful as it is unforgettable. Located in a strip mall, it provides easy access and comfort, making it a standout choice for an authentic...

Zaica Restaurant is one of the worst restaurant I ever seen . First and foremost the price of the food is too much .We family members visited the restaurant on 6/10/2022 and ordered some vegetable items , the food came with intolerable smell .Looks like rotten foods were served . Another thing to be notified to all ladies and gentlemen, do not be convinced with their conduct , rather be convinced with food please. The restaurant is good for overcharging your hardly earned money .Now , when you complain they try to defense themselves with their level best to pursue you in a way that every fault was yours in terms of ordering right foods , right menu selection and so on . The lady who usually stands at register, does not even know how to apologize against your valid complaint .The service staff will never confess their fault even they were at fault. I went through one of the rotten chicken smell experience review as well, Please go through those review. The lady’s( register area) attitude was always terrible . Not only that after eating rotten egg plant curry and chick peas curry our stomach was severely aching . I will never forget that moment and being determined to not visit that restaurant in course of my life. People , please be careful with their foods and let other community people and friends know about my terrible experience. If you read good review , it does not mean that it was honestly written . It was family business , The review was made may be from their best friends or family members and staff members.I just put my honest experience, believing this review is up to you people. Again , People should not spare that restaurant because of their served rotten food . At the end , I would say, please refrain away their rotten food and the Zaica restaurant and protect your own/ beloved one’s health from...

Where do I begin...? I guess let's start with my first impression. From the outside, the place looked closed. An open sign hanging from high above the door was the only indication of life on the inside. I mean there was only 1 other car in a huge parking lot surrounding the place. When I walked in, the establishment was deserted except for a small army men who appeared to work there. None of which greeted me when I walked in. Instead, a few continued conversations in hushed tones while the others just looked at me. At this point, I was still unsure if the place was even open! So I asked. Yes, we're open. I was quickly seated after they discovered I was a paying customer. I am a huge fan of Indian food and how they can take the simplest ingredients and turn them into something epic. So I was a little disappointed that my appetizer of chicken wings tasted pretty much like every other chicken wing. They were really good and fried perfectly. They were delivered a whole 30 seconds before my main course of Beghere Behan curry was placed before me. I was glad I ordered the wings. It's the only thing I ate. The naan was cold. The main course tasted as tho it had been cooking all day and gotten scorched in the process. I placed a to go order for a friend. It was then that I notified on the back of the menu were platters. At least his food was good. Plus side of this visit, I received a discount for my yelp check-in.
