YUBU-YUBU — Restaurant in Edison

Yubu-Yubu isn't your average food court restaurant. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to make your experience fantastic. They were incredibly helpful with explaining the menu and offering suggestions based on my taste. I ended up trying the Garlic Butter Shrimp, Torched Salmon, Grilled Eel, and Garlic Butter Mushroom, and let me tell you - everything was phenomenal!

The Garlic Butter Shrimp was bursting with flavor, the Torched Salmon was perfectly cooked with a lovely sear, the Grilled Eel was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the Garlic Butter Mushroom was a savory vegetarian option I highly recommend. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

But what truly elevates Yubu-Yubu is the amazing service. The staff is attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. They made my food court lunch feel like a special occasion.

It taste really good!!! I try four and love them all. It's hard for me to rank them cuz all of them are amazing and have different flavors. It just the same as what I've tried in SOHO. So happy to have yubu in Edison cuz it can save time to go to NYC. I'll definitely try the rest of them (btw the drink is also awesome, just forget to include)...

Located in the foodcourt of Lotte Market right next to Gong cha, this place offers a unique spin on inari sushi. They have a decent variety of toppings, and the base tofu skin and rice were well prepared and flavored. I had the unagi and bulgogi, both of which were good. I will definitely go back and try...
