I've been to Sushi Saga a few times, their food typically good. I have only done all you can eat, which is very affordable, especially for both the quality and quantity that I typically eat. Their shrimp tempura is especially good, and I enjoy their hand roll quite a bit (although so some it could be too much rice), sweet potato rolls & spider rolls are all very enjoyable as well. Their sashimi is interesting as the thickness and cut tend to vary plate to plate, some times I get smaller thin pieces and other times I get much larger pieces. The service here is just okay, the food generally arrives fairly quickly, however I've encountered several situations where they were missing items I ordered such as salad, tempura etc. They are not super attentive to your needs, so often times you'd have to wave them down if you need something i.e. more hot tea, napkins, or additional utensils. Overall it's a place I keep coming back down, it's a good place to enjoy sushi with friends and for a date night out or even a post work out meal. I'd recommend with the caveat that you'll be getting good food with okay service.

SUSHI SAGA WAS RACIST! I did not get the waitress name who works on Friday around 2:41pm ET. But I walked in right behind a white patron literally 30 seconds ahead of me. He parked next to me and walked in, they served him no problem sat him down and gave him a piece of paper to do the all you can eat before 3pm when the schedule changes. She proceeds to me to tell me I cannot get the all you can eat menu just order off the dinner menu, after I just see him sit down and write on the paper for his order. She must believe his money or tip would be better than mine because why did I not get the same service or fairly given the opportunity to get all you can eat sushi just like the white male who walked in the door 30 seconds before me. Literally. Short waitress with glasses, heavier set lady, young, do not have her name but she just did this minutes ago on 2/9/24.

Food is generally good to decent and arrives quickly. This 2nd visit, the fried gyoza was soaked and dripping with oil as soon as you pick it up.. (zoom in to see it on the top right of the bento box) I ended up not eating it. Teriyaki salmon, despite it being soaked in terriyaki sauce was dry. Chicken yaki tori was just ok - dry but had the similar teriyaki sauce used on it. Everything else (seaweed salad, kani salad edamami) was good. Their tea is good also. They ran out of beef ribs. Service from the staff is indifferent. They don't bring extra napkins, speak inaudibly and can tell they dont want to be there. I asked our waitress to repeat what she said because she was mumbling. She still just mumbled. I had to lean in and decipher what she said, and I have good hearing.Found out she was asking if we wanted to eat buffet or regular off the menu lunch.

If you want all you can eat sushi... THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!! My girlfriend has never tried the experience of all you can eat sushi and I thought coming here would be a good idea to fulfill that experience. I was wrong and will not be coming back here again. You get an instant smell of fish which yes, I understand it is a sushi place but it's not a very pleasing smell and in my opinion, you should not be smelling rotten fish as soon as you walk in. We sit down to order our food and ordered a good amount which in our head, we were ready to devour. As soon as the appetizers came out, my girlfriend ate the Kani salad and 10 minutes later, went to the bathroom to puke. Instantly feeling sick to the stomach, she decided to not eat the sushi but insisted on eating some so we can save money. I started to eat as much as I can forcefully because the quality of the sushi was not great. As a sushi lover, I can tell you that the quality isn't the best and I started to gag towards the end. Throughout this whole time, all waiters and waitresses were eying us for some odd reason, giving us no privacy whatsoever. I decided to wrap it up as I couldn't take much more damage to my stomach and asked for the check. Upon arrival of the check, we were charged for two all you can eat, which is expected. Due to the leftovers that my girlfriend and I couldn't consume, the waitress came back to change the check price and charge us more which I understand, but we tried to explain how this sushi gave her food poisoning and the quality was not there. The waitress did not have the urge to understand the situation and her health, but only cared about us paying the few extra dollars. The service was horrible and my girlfriend stated to me as we exited the restaurant, "I will never have all you can eat sushi again." This upsets me as it is my favorite kind of buffet but I will change her mind for sure with another restaurant. The next morning, she woke up and threw up yellow stomach acid, as the food poisoning carried on. I don't usually write reviews on restaurants but I couldn't bare not writing one...

Horrible service!! Everyone at my table did the all you can eat, except for me since I didn't eat sushi (or any seafood for that matter). I ordered a separate dish from the kitchen. I was there because my sister's in law wanted it for her birthday. We were a party of 6.

My husband put something of his on my plate. I hadn't even touched it. (Again, I don't eat sushi or seafood. I was still waiting for the kitchen to bring out my food). The lady came out from the kitchen and started yelling at us saying I can't eat that because I didn't get the all you can eat. Ok? I didn't even touch it? It seemed like they have cameras that they monitor from the back or something. We all looked at each other in disbelief.

Afterwards, I ordered a second sprite. Never got it. We were still charged for it though. And it took them forever to take it off the bill after we told them we never got it. (They were probably rewatching their footage back on the camera they probably had on us HA)!

We didn't tip for the first and only time in our lives. We walked over to our car. The manager came out waiving the checkbook and said "you forgot something!"

We said, no, we didn't forget. No tip because we didn't like the service.

We have never gone back since, won't ever go back, and I highly do not...

Me and my wife went there to eat with our 1 year old. We had all you can eat Shusi. My daughter choked on water and ended up throwing up. This happened a few minutes after our food was served. A young Asian girl that was working there started making faces and went and got me napkins to clean the floor and started making awful faces. My kid ended up feeling sick so all the food was left there untouched. We paid for our seatings and we requested the owner or manager to take the food home which he said we won't be able to. Which is really wrong because we couldn't sit there and eat because my kid was going to throw up again. When I went to pay, my bill was 69$ for just sitting at their restaurant for few minutes and the cashier which happened to be same girl that was making faces asked me "o so you don't want your change" right?! I won't say the food was bad or anything. But they really need to get rid of that girl. Because they shouldn't make their customers feel uncomfortable at all. They should of let us take the food home since they clearly could see the food was untouched and a child was throwing up. Very disappointed, wasted money and...
