I needed the screen on my LG G2 replaced. I called CPR and they told me they didn't have a replacement screen, but I could pay half down on the repair to order a screen (on Saturday) and it should arrive Monday. I did, paying them $97 of my repair cost that Saturday. 4 days later, on Wednesday, I still had not received a call telling me that my screen arrived, so I called CPR. The representative told me that, while they had record of my transaction, no screen had been ordered. He promised me a discount and said he would order the screen immediately. It would come in on Thursday between 12:00PM and 2:00PM and the repair should take 1.5 hours. The screen finally arrived at 4:00PM on Thursday; however, I could not bring my phone in until the following morning due to my job. I got a family member to drop my phone off the next day (today, actually) at 11:00AM. The store told them that I would get $10 off of my total price and that they MIGHT finish the repair today. I have a 4:00AM flight to Alaska tomorrow, and I do not plan on going without my phone for 2 weeks, not to mention the less than 6% discount they're offering me for this. When restaurants screw up, they comp your meal. Apparently CPR has no interest in customer satisfaction, only getting what money they can out of you and finishing your repairs at their...
Read moreChristian Brown is the man! We brought in my wife's iPhone XR that the T-Mobile store told us had a "bad speaker" and we needed to replace the phone or get it fixed. I stopped by to ask Christian a few questions about the issue (DO THIS BEFORE YOU GET A NEW PHONE!). He said that this was a common issue, and he said he would check it out and let us know...right then and there! Haven't seen customer service like this since well before COVID killed it completely. He came back shortly with the phone, in tact, and gave it a call. CLEAR AS A BELL. He said, "Just needed a good cleaning at the earpiece." I thanked him profusely because I knew this was slightly less expensive that buying a new iPhone 13 (yes, that is extreme sarcasm). I asked him how much we owed and he said "This one is NO CHARGE." WHATTTTT???? Thank you Christian. I will be bringing in all my devices for repair (whether they need them or not). I know business has been affected since they started the construction on Bryant back in 1899, but do yourself a favor and go see Christian about any phone or device issues before you go waste a bunch of money, like we almost did. Brave the traffic cones and go see Christian Brown...
