This is the worst Sonic location I have ever been to. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I have never delt with a more incompetent location. All we wanted was 2 small drinks, a large popcorn chicken and large motz sticks. Just a quick snack. It took over 30 minutes for us to get that and it wasn't even busy. The first time I placed the order, the screen wasn't working, the girl taking the order was rude and got everything wrong at first as if she wasn't even listening. Then nothing popped up on the screen for me to double check it was right or pay for the order. So after a few minutes I pushed the button again, asking if the order went through because the screen wasn't working. It didn't. So I placed the order again. While we waited for our order, I watched 4 other orders get brought out and sent back for being wrong. After we got the alert that our car hop was on the way with our order, we still sat there for almost 10 more minutes waiting for them to finally come out. Read moreWorst experience last night at this sonic! I ordered a large popcorn chicken combo. Well the guy first upcharged me for the the popcorn chicken, then the fries, but doesn't make it a combo with a drink. I realized it and called right back to the person and told him I wanted the combo with the drink. He replies "oh okay well the order has been bumped off the screen so I'm going to have to charge you separately." At that point I was very annoyed but said whatever. Well I get the popcorn chicken brought out, I go to check it and there are only a few in there.. So I let the car hop know it was suppose to be a large. She comes back and says "oh yea we ran out." That is ridiculous that I was given literally 6 popcorn chicken bites when I paid full price for a large, and they just tried to pass it off like that was acceptable! Read moreWhoever was taking orders at 1:00 on 8/11, was extremely rude to me. I ordered my food in a way that she thought was complicated, which it might have been but it wasnt intentional. She then proceeds to say "you way overcomplicated that" in a tone was not appropriate for customer service. When I told her that she doesnt need to be rude to me, she argued with me on why I am wrong. The whole time using a very unprofessional tone. I've worked at sonic for a year before, and always treat food service employees with the utmost respect. If the customer orders something that you thought was complicated, you keep your comments to yourself and try your best to be polite.
