Surf Bar — Restaurant in Edmond

I cannot say enough good things about this particular Surf Bar. Don't get me wrong they are all great but, this one is special. After a long day, the Surf Bar sounded amazing. So, I placed an online order for me and my family. BUT, I didn't double/triple check the location. I ordered to pick up at the Norman location. I live in Edmond. Ugh! The owner of the Surf Bar on Bryant showed me so much grace. Palmer reassured me that it wasn't a big deal and he personally called the Norman store, refunded my money and I placed my order there with him at the right location. The “store manager”, as she claims, was working while I came in to get two Nustellas. Almost every time I seem to come in and ask for it “for here” they seem to put lids on it and don’t put in as much in the bowl as it is when it’s actually for here. On top of that, I asked for extra granola and was charged for extra granola, yet I received no extra granola. Every time I seem to come in the açaí base is always inconsistent, today it was almost soupy. Today was the worst service/bowl I have received in all my times I have came in. Where do I start? Freshest ingredients, great flavor combinations that let me eat here multiple days in a row without getting bored. I'm a frequent traveler to Costa Rica so my standards for acai and smoothie bowls are high. The owner and staff are super friendly and service is quick.
