Great customer service and excellent delivery.

This was our first time in Edmond Furniture Gallery and we had a good experience. An employee greeted us, but he allowed us to walk around at our own pace without us being bombarded with questions. He was thorough to check in on us at least 2 other times to make sure we didn’t need any help. We found a sectional that we really liked. We didn’t expect to make any purchase when we came, but we thought the price for the couch was very reasonable. EFG offered a 10% military discount which was greatly appreciated and if we chose to purchase today, we had the option of free delivery. The employee made sure to double check the warranty information and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We were treated with respect and in a very timely manner since we had our 3 young kids with us.

We were given a very fair 2 hour window for the same day delivery. The gentlemen who delivered our sectional were very helpful and they certainly took their time coming through our door ways, making sure not to damage our home or our furniture. They made sure that we were satisfied with the placement and that everything was just as we liked it before leaving. They didn’t make us feel rushed one bit.

We had an absolutely wonderful furniture buying experience here at Edmond Furniture Gallery. We came in and were pleasantly greeted and met our salesman, Vivid Niroula. He was excellent with his knowledge of all of the pieces we inquired about and he did not push us into making a decision at all, very low pressure. This made a very pleasant shopping experience for us. We were able to walk around at our own pace and see all of the wonderful furniture they have. We went in looking for a couch and we found the perfect one. What I love most about EFG is the selection of pieces. They are unlike anything else I’ve seen in the other furniture stores. Beautiful and exquisite unique pieces that are easy to fall in love with. We had excellent delivery of the couch as well. The delivery men were so kind and helpful to get the couch in and set up exactly where we wanted it. We will be coming back to purchase furniture for other rooms in our house. I visited the store today on my lunch break. Walking in an employee waved to me. I processed to walk throughout the living room area. No one approached me to ask if I needed any help. I walked passed a area and the lady sitting behind the desk did acknowledge me and asked if I had a nice holiday weekend. Still no one ask if I needed help or was there something specific I was looking for. I saw two chairs a table that I was very interested in. At that point I was highly irritated and decided to leave. I will spend my money elsewhere. As I was getting to the door one of the gentlemen that saw me enter started to get out of his seat. Really as I am going to the door. I don't think so. I do know why I wasn't approached and so do they! Such a ashamed that they want to be know for zero service. That is unless you are the right color and look the part.
