I have been to this location three times now and every time the service has gotten worse and worse. The first time I came thru the Drive-thru and made the mistake of not checking my food after spending $80.00 and having multiple cars behind me. Once I got home I found out that they left a few things out, I called and let them know, then drove 15 miles back up there to get the rest of the items that I paid for. The manager at that point advised me that it was MY mistake and I had to pay for my missing items it is their policy. When I asked him to please explain that to me, he began to raise his voice and the situation escalated rather quickly, confused and shaken I paid for the food (again) and left. The manager refused to answer any of my questions nor did he treat me like human being! The second time I came in to sit down to eat thinking I would at least get what I paid for, again, a mistake. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with no mayo, I got my order and it was two chicken strips on a cold bun. When I asked the cashier about the chicken breast that was supposed to be used I was simply informed that they ran out and this was the next best thing. I asked for my money back and they could have the food, the cashier REFUSED than advised me that if I was not happy that I could go somewhere else. Completely floored by her response and not willing to engage into further conflict (per last time) I left with no food and no money. Feeling robbed yet again. The third and final time (third time's a charm, right) came thru the drive-thru order just the chicken sandwich with no mayo, the young lady proceeded to YELL through the speaker that all their food is pre-made and all the sandwiches have mayo. Without another word spoken I simply just drove off. I have never in my life had this type of service, treatment and lack of simple respect for just being the customer as I have had with this location. I will NEVER go back. Read moreWould give zero if I could. Will NEVER go here again!!! The reason I stopped here was because T-Mobile offered buy 1 get 1 wings free. I figured cool! Ordered through app (wanting bone in wings). Show up to drive thru, takes a minute to find 2 mobile orders, ok cool. Tells me to pull up and then comes to window saying they only have boneless. Ok no biggie, just give me boneless. She says ok pull up by door we have to cook them. At this point I'm thinking why order Mobile pick-up. Anyway, after 20 minutes (and watching 3 orders fulfilled and 2 employees leave) I have to go in and find out what is up with my order because I have to be at an appointment. Go in and everyone is just socializing behind the counter. Ask for order status and they say oh yeah it's right here (already bagged but just sitting by drive thru register). At this point I'm just over it and take the bags. Get home and I was supposed to have ghost pepper and garlic parm wings. I had garlic parm wings (drenched in sauce) and plain chicken nuggets with a side of garlic parm sauce. The other bag was for my son which he placed through the app as well and I don't even know if his was right either because I had to drop him off at an event where he had to bring stuff for himself. Sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for someone to speak to me, ordered two meals, and waited a whole 45 extra minutes for “fries to be dropped.” I was asked to pull up, and they had served 3 cars while i sat there (that’s not saying much about their speed, trust me). After i had honked my horn for an additional 5-10 minutes, a guy brought my food, and argued with me on why it took so long. Excuses. I demanded a refund for the disrespect and the terrible service. The manager came out with an awful attitude demanding that i give my food back in order to get the refund. I explained that i have two years of excellent food service, and told her that food should never be sent back to the kitchen after it’s been sent out for health hazard reasons. It could get people sick. I sat there for almost an hour, i was hungry, and chicken was all i wanted. She continued with the horrible attitude and kept my card and refused to give it to me. She gave appalling and inappropriate comments to me along with my friends in the car. I can’t stress enough how rude and disgusting she was. This location has always been disappointing with their management, speed, customer service, and overall hospitality. I love the food, but this experience will never make me go back to any location....
