I work for a growing Ready Mix Concrete company in Northeast PA and have been using NEPA Geeks as our IT service for a number of years. Jason’s ability to understand what we need and his knowledge of computer technology to make it work have made our batching, delivery and billing procedures efficient, reliable and accurate. His attention to detail, knowledge of programing and ability to update our existing equipment has kept our operation consistent. When modifications are necessary or new equipment is needed the quality of material supplied is top notch at a reasonable cost. Since bringing NEPA Geeks on board their responsibility has grown to include network security, updating and maintenance to ensure uninterrupted ability to complete the tasked needed. Our trust in Jason’s ability and honesty allow us to permit him to dial into our network from off site to ensure timely updates and required maintenance without the need of visits to our office. This he does during hours that we are not using our computers so business is not interrupted. If we do need him at one of our sites his response time is very reasonable and the problem is corrected before he leaves. When the rare case arises that the equipment is taken to the office for repair his time estimates for repair are accurate which enables us to plan to work around the problem. He takes his responsibility to our needs very seriously and at a very competitive price. We are very satisfied with NEPA Geeks services and consider Jason a valuable asset to our business. Fast and timely...and a great price! NEPA Geeks were awesome to work with during a very frazzling time when my work computer decided to “act up.” Initially contacted another “MAC computer service” in the area that we normally use - but he couldn’t find the time to look at the computer. Shop owner did a search online and found NEPA Geeks - they let me immediately bring the computer to their shop and in a very short time gave me a diagnosis for my computer...It’s was DONE 😑. They retrieved all the data and my essential working files and placed onto an accommodating flash drive. Took a couple of days, since my life was on that computer (I work at a local print shop). Customer Service: Outstanding! Amazingly, their service was priced very, very reasonable. We hope that we don’t have computer issues anytime soon BUT if we do - we will definitely do return service with NEPA Geeks in a heart...

Extremely professional and prompt with turnaround. I received texts and emails to alert me at every step. They were able to back up every thing from my dead Mac, and I couldn't be more thankful to them. The cost of this was very reasonable. Everything I needed from the old dead computer was put on a nice flash drive and ready for use and it loaded onto my new Mac fast and easy. They discussed exactly what was wrong with the dead computer and the price was very good for the issue and the work involved to fix it. They would not do any work unless I approved. I decided to just get a new computer as I felt it was time for an upgrade. I would not hesitate to use NEPA Geeks again and have already told friends about how wonderful their service...
