Prime Bins — Local services in Edwardsville

At first I was hesitant to give the Edwardsville location a try based on some of the previous reviews I’d seen regarding the manager. After shopping at the establishment myself I was able to see first hand that the issue isn’t the manager herself but rather people who don’t respect others or their property and don’t follow company policies that are literally in writing in front of them. In the 45 minutes I was at the location I experienced numerous customers opening boxes even though policy states not to l, therefore the manager asked them nicely not to open the boxes and pointed out the policy to them. Some happily complied and others gave attitude or ignored her and continued doing so which is when she would rightfully become stern with them. Ever since I moved I didn't know what was prime bins. Now that I'm a resident in PA I like prime bins. It is all items that are returned from Amazon are resold at a cheaper price. I have found good deals on things that I have looked for or wanted. I have purchased Yankee candles, toaster, Stanley tumblers, some hiking boots, bed sheets etc. I love it, my husband even purchased a bicycle last week for $70 and original price was $200, the problem with the bike was the brakes which we fixed and one of the tires tubes was broken. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it's a bit messy and you just have to take your time looking in between all the bins. Bad experience with Edwardsville manger. Down right nasty. I would go at least once a week. I met many of new people and had alot of fun talking to them weekly. But many stopped going because of manager's attitude.A couple of people called me and said they were going to wilkes-barre store. They said they would travel farther not to have to get the bad attitude. They said it is a much more pleasant experience at wilkes-barre location.
