Jungle Vape n Smoke — Attraction in El Monte

The up side: The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a huge variety of weed and wax smoking devices, seriously they have things I've never even seen before or heard of which is rare and very cool.

The down side : The staff is not very knowledgeable about some of the vape products they sell unfortunately they need to be trained on vaping a Lil better. The variety of vape liquid is terrible, but I think they have like 3 different companies of vape liquid in the whole store which considering how many companies make eliquid you would think they would have WAY WAY MORE than what they have, but it kinda confuses me. They only carry fruit flavors and that sucks, no cereal flavors no sugar or sweet flavors at all... This is hugely disappointing. Last but not least, they are extremely expensive, like the most expensive head shop/vape shop in the inland empire of by far. Everything from cigarillos to vape sets to water pipes, and I mean EVERYTHING is over priced, every time I've been in the store I've only seen customers come to buy tobacco products, lighters and vape coils. I've literally never seen anyone (while I was in the store) purchase any bongs, pipes, wax devices, vape sets, etc. Honesty I don't know how they stay in business without selling any of those items daily. Hopefully they will realize that every other head shop has way lower prices and lower their own, they would for sure get more business, and hire more staff who ETHIER know about vaping or train them on it....

This place has terrible customer service I used to go because I was the closest place to me but left in happy because I bought a 30 dollar ash catcher for my bong but even though it was the right size due to the shape of the glass it would fit on my bong not because of the wrong size just shape of the bong so I go back in expecting to be able to switch it with another for the same price and same look but no even though I hadn’t even used it and was just out side the store they said you have to keep it and buy another one!!! Bag was ripped and exotic soda cracked into pieces.slipped out of of the hole.. broke, girl working wrdnesday around 3 pm sd couldn’t do anything pretty much too bad. Not my fault bag was defaulty she was rude. She needs people skills!!. She could have at least replaced it . Or refund! I didn’t even open it. Very rude girl. Never going there. I would go at least 1-2 times a weeek not going there again. Rather spend my money elsewhere. 1 person will ruin it!!! The the 50-100’ $ I spend when I go I’d rather spend elsewhere thanks to her stupidness worse customer service never!!! Plenty of smoke...
