Usually I enjoy shopping at packs sgv, but recently the customer service has been pretty bad/lazy. I had to walk out on my last visit because the bud-tender that assisting me was being rude. Iām always respectful/nice to everyone I encounter so I feel like I didnāt deserve to be treated as an annoying customer. I like to shop before I jump on a purchase so I looked around and asked about products. Whenever I asked about a product she would respond with the brand name which I could clearly see. What I was inquiring about was whatās in the bag (strain info). I could clearly see the price as well. But anything I asked about was responded with a brand name and price. Which I could clearly see. She didnāt even mention if they were Indica or Sativa. After the first couple times I noticed it was obviously sarcasm and I started to feel a bit uncomfortable. As I mentioned earlier Iām always nice and respectful to anyone so I felt as though this was completely out of pocket. Like did I look at her wrong when I walked in ?? lol Idk.. I gave a one star review because I feel like customer service is everything. I left and went to OG TIME. Right around the corner. Had solid weed and prices. Spent 40 and left with 3fat...

I explained to them what I have asked and that the girl had gave me the wrong order, she gave me sativa instead of indica which is what I asked for. I spoke to the manager hoping to resolve the issue but he wasnāt any help either. He said that all he was able to do was give me a discount to make another purchase??? lol All I got was NO, NO, NO. They said that they couldnt do anything about it like at all. So if you go and the girl messed up your order be careful cuz they wonāt give you your money back or do any exchanges. It was not even my fault, the girl messed up and they were not able to help me. Never going again, bad service and the customer is not appreciated because is not that they couldnāt help me, they just didnāt want to, like come on, you can by pass the system so hereās my review cuz im no longer doing business with them and you shouldnāt either since they seem not to care about their customerās...

I went for a curbside pickup, the security comes and retrieves my id and long story short when they come back to my car they tell me they lost my ID. cant find it , just vanished out of thin air. so they either stole it or it was stolen on their watch. either way im left with no id by THEIR own fualt. the manager told me they would PAY FOR A REPLACEMENT if not found or returned, & after four days of calling they tell me THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO after all. if its not returned or found then all they can offer me is a sorry on their end . NO COMPENSATION whats so ever. I still paid for my transaction that day, and got nothing but a sorry. now i have to deal with the repercussions and expenses of paying for a replacement id when this business is the one who lost it/ allowed it to get stolen by someone in the store. unbelievable ....
