Went in today for the pharmacy really nice people at the pharmacy but as I was waiting for the pharmacy I needed to use the restroom I was told I needed to ask a manager to open me the restroom door I went up to the first manager I seen on the floor his name was Leo really chubby guy I asked him if he could please open me the restroom door he then just said go wait outside of the restroom Iāll go open it right now. Well he didnāt I stood out there and he never went he continued working and he kept looking at me from far and didnāt open me the door after I waited for the pharmacist to give me my prescription I walked up to him and told him it was very unprofessional of him to make me wait such a long time and not even open me the door he then rudely without even looking at me in the eyes said well I called someone over the intercom to go open and I would have assume someone went and I then told him well no I didnāt hear you call anyone and you seen me waiting obviously no one had gone. Yes, from time to time we all go through some bad experience, but that doesnāt mean that each and every time will be a perfect experience. Iāve known personally Anna who happens to be a technician and has been in the business for over 20 years and another person by the name of Angie, who happens to be a pharmacy manager for this Location treats all customers with respect in other words I never get shorted on any of my medication. She also explains during a pick up of a schedule two medication she will guide you explain perfectly in a way where you will understand and I feel like if the customer doesnāt agree with the pharmacy staff, they can go somewhere else and go put the anger on the next pharmacy. An employee named Jonathan, from the photo department, treated me in a rude and unprofessional manner. I asked for a specific service, but instead he gave me something completely different without explaining why. When I politely asked for what I actually needed, he responded with attitude and then walked away without helping me.
I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and disappointing. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and this interaction fell far short of that.
I hope this situation is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
