Target — Local services in El Monte

Finally a Target in El Monte ❤️❤️ I loved it that there was a soft opening. So many people were so happy to engage and shop. This town needed it and it is so convenient to get to, plenty of parking and the perfect sight to have this store. It used to be Sears and this place is big. The aisles are big and there is plenty of room for expansion of departments. It just opened but give it time and there will be more of a selection to choose from. It was amazing to see all the faces of enjoyment and great guests wanting to shop for all their needs. There is a Starbucks located inside and so convenient while one is shopping and getting to taste all of new creations Starbucks will have. There is access for all, parking for all, guest service employees to help with all questions. The fitting rooms are spacious and have seats for guests to wait for their party trying on the clothing. Everyone in town, come and shop, there is finally a place for all to enjoy and relax in. The staff are friendly and helpful in all departments and the store is nice,new and clean....

I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANY GIFT CARDS FROM HERE. I bought a $50 gift card to dicks as a birthday gift for my nephew, when he took it to dicks at checkout they told him it was fraudulent and we would have to take it back to the store for a refund. When I brought it into target for a refund they stated they don’t issue refunds for gift cards even though we had the receipt. Told me to call the number on the back of the gift card, so I did. The customer care person I spoke to told me since they were the ones who took our money they will need to issue the refund. Went back and spoke with a manager this time and he said there was nothing he could do. So not only am I out $50 bucks, no store credit was offered, or any kind of support on how to get our money back. I am here first time for waiting my car maintenance .I am shopping here few minutes ago. I buy two one makeup for $10 and the other for $5.before I go checkout. The workers yelling me get out of here.I even don't know what happened.They are so rude.I think they think I will stole these.Actually I am not.I am walking out and try to figure out the exit.The workers there are ridiculous and rudeness.I am so scared and don't want to say anything.This target store make me impressed.it is really a bad bad bad experience.The workers there yelling me.
