Usually I come here and order through BK app with no issues. I had a different experience this time... ordered through the app as usual went to go pick up my order at drive thru. It was all in all a shady experience. When I get there there's two males standing at the drive through but they weren't ordering food. We let the guy on the speaker know our name for the order and he tells us to pull up to the window. As we approach the window there's already a black car waiting. Suddenly the two males go to the window and the worker motions the black car whose already at the window to reverse and thank god I moved fast enough because the car almost reversed into me... the two guys start talking to the worker at the drive thru laughing and such. Took 10 mins btw...I assume they know each other. 10 mins pass and the two males leave with food that I never saw or heard them order and the black car gets their food and leaves as well. We get there and suddenly he won't open the window but after a few mins he does. TELL ME WHY he says " I don't see your order in the system" maybe you ordered at a different location"? How is it that you didn't tell me AT THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER? He kept asking if the order was ours I'm assuming he thought it was an uber eats order and I was working as a driver. But no I told him it's MY order and he got anxious. he just ratted himself out.. it's actually so dishonest and insane... it's sad. If it wasn't more obvious he gave my order to the two guys. I would like the manager or whoever is a higher up to take action on this. I hope that guy who stole my order to give away to his friends isn't a manager... and plus I even showed him the order on the BK app AND my chase account showing I paid for the food. And he kept on lying to my face saying he doesn't see it. And kept telling me to order again... I will never...

At 845pm, Feb 20, 2020 we had a very unpleasant interaction with a member of your staff. We ordered a milk shake via the app and were informed the order could not be fulfilled when we arrived.
This however was not the issue. The individual at the counter was rude and abrasive. He informed us the store had no ice cream machine and we would need to select either a Frape or a coffee. Neither approach the value of the item we purchased. When we asked to repeat the options because we did not catch what he said the first time he went into a fit and ignored us for a solid two minutes. Highly unprofessional. We asked him for his name, and he reacted in an abrasive way stating he was too busy working. Last I checked we were paying customers.
I hope this reaches the store manager and that individual uses the time and date I've provided to provide feedback to this unprofessional clerk. We have also followed up with a case lodged via Burger King customer support case...
Read moreMy family and I stopped for a quick bite at this restaurant around 7:30pm. The order was taken fairly quickly by a tall grumpy looking guy. The floors feels tacky and dirty when walking. There was a broom and a trash pickup leaning on one of the tables and a yellow sign on the floor. We were there for about 40min and no one picked up any of the items from the tables. You have to put a quarter in if you want to use the bathrooms and the lady's bathrooms was filthy dirty. I asked for a token to use the bathroom which the manager replied "if your a customer yes I can give one for free". I showed him the drinks that I still had in my hands, then he gave me a token with a face like non pleasing face. All the employees at this restaurant look like if they don't want to be here. No one smiles for the customers and I will not cameback...
