Never coming here again! I own a small business and would always shop from here. I bought an appliance from here recently, it had a 1 year warranty. My machine broke so I brought it in. They told me they fixed it and was told I would get a new one if it broke down again. Right when I started using it, it broke down again. I called and told them. The guy who helped said he would fix it again. I told him that I was told I would get a new one. He refused to give us a new one. The first time it broke down he kept trying to get me to purchase a new one while I waited for the old one to be fixed. It has a warranty for a reason. I will never shop here again. There are way better places where they actually honor...

Good service. Good prices. Good selections. When I worked for a major retail market bakery and we ran into a urgent problem, I was sent to a competitor in Monterey Park. I was outraged at the price they were charging.

Never gets mad even if you're the worst. Guilty! He'll price match and look for all the deals and rebates and give you options. Even if he makes a mistake he always makes it right. Don't bring your wife or girlfriend as they will fall for his charm....
