I wish there was a zero stars option. The main issue with this carwash is the way they treat customers when there are issues. The washes are ok, though it leaves soap behind in various areas, does not wash well, rinse well, or dry well. Manager on duty is rude and dismissive. After an incident in the bay, he proceeded to show video that clearly shows their machines were faulty, but then refused to send us the video. He claimed it was their property, which is fine, but the tone he took was unacceptable. The video shows when my son pressed the brake (brake lights) to put in neutral. Even with the brake pressed, the rollers kept the car moving. When I questioned that to the manager, he rudely dismissed what I had seen and turned the device off that had the video. The car was pushed forward and ended up hitting the person from behind. There was no damage on either vehicle. After my vehicle exited the bay, the attendant looked in the car and made sure it was in neutral, and it was. He verbally said this to my son. The manager refused to give us the corporate number. When I asked for the corporate number, he said to call the location and ask for him. He never offered the number. Very disappointing. Please provide the corporate number in your response to this review sir. I went back the next day with my vehicle and while there is plenty of space (maybe 8 feet I estimate) when you enter, somehow my vehicle was about 3-4 feet away from the car in front during the wash. The car was somehow pushed forward after entering. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. When there is an issue, they come at you very in a defensive manner, blame you, dismiss what you have to say, and give excuses. The manager is demeaning and rude. He speaks to you as if you are beneath him. The employees that were nearby even mentioned how this wasn't the first time they see this happen. I went there on membership not for the free wash. The other person was there for the free wash. They treat customers poorly when incidents happen. Their lack of basic customer service makes you question their professional ethics. No claim was filed with them, the police was called. We were not given an incident report by the manager either. Apparently, the manager had to have given us an incident report that they turn in to their corporate office. Officers that showed up told us that this was not considered a car accident because it happened on private property and the car wash is liable. After they spoke to the manager, they came back and told us we should take our business elsewhere. They wouldn't bring their personal vehicles there. The way they treat their customers is shameful. I took my vehicle in today and paid for the “Lucky Duck” wash. I arrived with a dirty car and left with a dirty car, plus new scratches and a cracked windshield.
I understand minor scratches can happen at automatic washes, but this is the first time in years I’ve had damage like this. The fact that I paid for one of their higher-tier washes makes it even more disappointing. I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting this place with your vehicle.
I recently spoke with a team leader regarding the damage my vehicle sustained after using their car wash. I was informed that, after reviewing video footage, the store denied any responsibility. When I requested to view the footage myself, I was told that was not allowed, and that I would need to file a claim through my insurance if I wanted access to it.
I was also told that “hundreds of vehicles go through the wash and no one else complains of damage,” which felt like a dismissal rather than a serious consideration of my concerns. The store leader repeatedly dismissed my claim and offered no meaningful resolution.
As a result, I am now facing thousands of dollars in repair costs for damage that occurred during a routine car wash. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and transparency, and I believe customers should be made aware of how these situations...

I informed a young lady this morning that I wanted to cancel my subscription and if she could help me. She told me no that she couldn't cancel my subscription. I asked why and she said they weren't "allowed" to cancel the subscription. When I asked why, all she said was they're not allowed to cancel at the location. With an extremely confused look on my face, she went to go ask her manager how I could cancel my subscription. She came back, handed me a post it note with the number to customer service and told me to call to cancel my subscription. Again with a very confused look on my face, I said that they can take my money, create me a subscription but they couldn't or weren't allowed to cancel a subscription.
