The 5 stars is for the playground equipment only. I brought my non Hispanic white son to play at this park and there was a black man there with his half black son of a similar age. My son tried to play with his son and the dad actually told his kid to “play to himself.” Can you imagine if the tables were reversed and if I, as a non Hispanic white parent, told my non Hispanic white son to “play to himself” if a half black kid wanted to play? There would be a YouTube video accusing me of racism, it would be on all the news networks 24 hours a day for weeks straight, there would be riots in the streets by hypocritical social justice warriors, I would receive death threats and I’d be fired from my job. Very popular hub for families and young children. Becomes extremely busy during Halloween.
Be aware the park 'closes' at 9 or 10pm nightly, in an attempt to deter 'undesirables' from hanging out there in the cover of darkness. Basically this just means police may move you on if they spot you here at night.
