I recommend crave to anyone because of the food, it is always tasty! However I have a critique that may help your all’s customer service improve. I wanted to take my fiancé to this one since he hadn’t been. The waiter was respectful and kind, he was a male and was attentive to the both of us, however I noticed suddenly a female started talking care of us. She seemed to be extremely attentive and kind as well, but only to my fiancé. Personal space was invaded, my partner felt so uncomfortable as did I. However His focus was on the food so he disregarded the uncalled for behavior. I was made felt so uncomfortable by this server because mannerisms and etiquette clearly were disregarded. Out of curiosity here is my suggestion, when you see a couple always acknowledge both people. Simply because there is a male and you’re a female server, tip of advice, adhere to the female first, and as well as her partner after, it’s very disrespectful to only ask one person if their food is good and if they need anything, and only signal a thumbs up to the other person. Always, acknowledge every customer, whether they be black, white, asian, or Mexican, a couple, or a group. Have respect and enthusiasm for everyone at the table, be cautious of boundaries, and having manners. When we left, my fiancé stated “I never want to go back their again.” It was quite embarrassing, when managing a restaurant like this, be cautious to always advocate manners, etiquette, and have respect. I too use to serve at places like twin peaks, ojos Locos, wing daddys, and Cabo Joe’s. I’ve learned in my time, you don’t want to ever make a customer want to leave, happy customer = happy tip = happy environment. Take care of your customers, have respect always. We wanted to stay for dessert but there was clearly so much tension my fiancé asked for the bill, we left abruptly, neither of us enjoyed the food because he can tell I felt uncomfortable, and she got a 1$ tip. To avoid losing customers, because I will tell you, you will lose them, respect everyone, keep etiquette in mind, and don’t invade personal space, these are things we shouldn’t be concerned about eating, aside if our food came out right, however reevaluate the way your employees greet everyone, attend to everyone, without prejudice and this will make me and other come back! Food is awesome, however what sets apart a good restaurant and a bad one, is how they treat their customers, and every customer matters, especially the ones that it’s...
Read moreWe decided to try Crave for the first time today. First thing, there is NO PARKING. And no handicapped spaces. Crave allows their staff to park in the few available places in the front instead of requiring them to park on side streets. I was in the mood for pancakes, but, unfortunately, Crave does not serve sugar-free syrup. I don't think I know of another place that serves pancakes that doesn't have sugar-free syrup. So we chose the hay stack breakfast. I asked for poached eggs which were done beautifully. They came on top of hash browns and one or the other had a slightly sweet taste - not what I wanted in eggs and potatoes. The dish comes with both bacon and sausage but I wouldn't recommend either. The bacon was very lean so there was none of the delicious crispiness that results when the fat is rendered off - it tasted like over-done ham. And the sausage! It was so over-cooked, so dark, that I could barely cut it. We both asked for replacement sausage, but it came out of the kitchen just the same - probably what they already had cooked instead of freshly-done meat. The flavor was very good - when you could chew it. We asked for salsa, but I'm not exactly sure what we actually got. It was a large bowl of red liquid with a very sweet taste - more like barbecue sauce than salsa. The coffee was kept in large carafes and then transferred to smaller ones for the servers to take around. As a result, the coffee was never quite hot enough - not so cold that you felt as though you could send it back, but not really hot. The restaurant is very small and not handicapped-friendly. There was no real space for my walker and it was difficult to walk through the place with the walker. The servers and staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. They have no large print menu but offered to read the menu to me, which is embarrassing. We...

The Mimosa and Chicken and Waffles dish is a testament to Crave's culinary prowess. The Mimosas are perfectly balanced, offering a refreshing complement to the rich and savory Chicken and Waffles. The chicken is flawlessly crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside, served atop a fluffy, buttery waffle that perfectly absorbs the accompanying syrup, creating a symphony of flavors that is both satisfying and delightful.
