Sharon's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in El Paso

Don’t ever put money in front of the employees in this shop . I had wrapped a gift for my granddaughter & put a $50 bill inside a card I purchased from the shop . When he was wrapping the gift in the box he asked me if I wanted to put insurance on it because things can get stolen or lost & the insurance would be $50 . When I said no that’s fine he acted like he was still wrapping the item & told me I could leave because he had the address already . Well the gift arrived with no card because I guess it just got lost like he said it would . I went back & he told me it’s nothing he can do for me because I refused to buy the insurance. Smh. Never again will I use this...

Missed an opportunity for a sale by not selling the display keepsake ornament that was NOT part of a storytellers set (when Oggie who is part of that set the display of him was sold). The ornament was not a storyteller at all (I even showed her how it doesn’t plug in and was cheaper for that reason). She refused to sell it to me despite other displays clearly being sold.
