Inside is clean, for now, because they just bought rockin jump and all the marketing and play areas are renovated. Same activities as previous business with some new ones as well. Big TV's for adults but no adult beverages that you'd normally find at family fun centers. Basic food offerings. Party rooms didn't fit the number of kids in our party. Overall it's fun for kids and parents unconcerned with privacy and peace-of-mind. Try the other family fun centers for better value because most of your money spent here is to pay their franchise/marketing department and insurance premiums. As reminded by a staff member, nobody forced us to go and nobody will force us to stay... so we probably won't. We had our daughter’s birthday party at Sky zone west this past weekend and it was amazing!! The place was not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon which was great for our party. It was clean. We were able to take our own cooler full of sodas. The pizza was actually really good much better than I expected. Our host was Gabe. He was amazing and the main reason we had such a great time. He was so helpful and so polite. He engaged with the kids, offered to help with everything. When my daughter was having a birthday meltdown, as 4 year olds sometimes do, he came up and was so nice got her mind off of her meltdown and told her how much fun she was going to have. Everyone was mentioning how great he was! He really made the experience so much more memorable. I cannot speak highly enough about the place and staff. The party was 2 hours long which was perfect. they got the pizzas out on time, Gabe took care of clean up and even cutting and passing out cake and pizza. It was honestly a great experience! The price was also very very reasonable for jump time and extra pizzas for our party. The same if not LESS than Peter piper plus way more fun here. This once fun environment was a safe place to bring my kids and let them run free and just be kids. The disrespectful and poor management is bad. One of the employees supposedly pushed and ranted at a small child apparently which led to a full confrontation between the child's parents and employee. Management didn't bother to stop him or handle the situation correctly. Kids running this business with poor customer service. Parents think twice before going there.
