Went in this store "Walmart" Wally world...found myself in the food department right next to the lingerie....this made me hungry at the same time I was buying my ice cream and deserts......then i noticed that,loss prevention. Had noticed I had noticed..but I was thinking that they noticed that I noticed the lingerie department...so naturally I go nervous.....they noticed I got nervous..and began to follow me....as quickly went to the electronics department there two more loss prevention waiting for me there....then I really got nervous and headed to the crafts to try and loose them ........there was no way to loose them ,,,,they were on me like hound dogs on a escaped convict........I looked for a check out ...but the same loss prevention were hogging up the lines.....I know it was loss prevention cause their carts had only one type of item in each basket.......I knew it was a set up they were trying to hold me up....enough was enough....so I put down the ice cream and made a B line for the exit.......mad as hell cause they forced me out of the store and I didn't even get my ice cream ..that I had originally gone in for....I...
Read moreBeing that I was at Walmart after 10:00pm the only check-out planes that were open where self-serve lanes. I don't comprehend why I have to be the one to scan all the items that I purchased and sack my own groceries. Being that I purchased $120 worth of items it was extremely difficult. And it took me quite a long time to be able to check myself out. When actually if I were to havean employee do the checkout it probably would have gone a lot faster in a lot smoother. I ended up having an issue where I double scanned on accident and item. It took at least 5 minutes for the teller to come and assist me to be able to void the item. then at the end when I went to go pay once again it tells me that there's an error that it needs an employee code just to be able to pay the amount that I owed. I think that that is completely unfair and they should at least have one or two lanes for people that are buying...

Customer service is the only reason I give any stars is due to CSR's do only what they can, but this location has very limited rentals, hardly any inventory with delivery times exceeding 3 month, and not guaranteed, prices online and in store differ greatly. Tip: When ordering online more than 1 item have ea. item ordered separate from other items because if 1 item is in backorder or will take longer to be delivered, HomeDepot will hold all items in warehouse until ALL items are at the warehouse, they won't deliver anything and you cannot pick up anything either, even though it's in the city and you drive up to the warehouse nothing in your order can be released.... store is...
