I was so shocked to pull up to this place and see how large it was and how beautiful the outside seating area was. The stone floors and umbrellas with an open area, running water, and tranquil scenery sets the mood immediately. Inside is also a spectacle as they have a large area inside for events that looked perfect for wedding receptions and large events. But to get to the food. Everything on the menu looked absolutely fantastic but I decided on the Challah French Toast because I had been craving it recently. It was plated so aesthetically and the first bite sent me into a nostalgic twist of mom style French toast while adding a depth of flavor that I hadn't seen before. The bread was so soft and tasted almost clean but was so sweet and tasty. The fruits accented well to the sweetness of the syrup and bread. My friends got the Breakfast Quesadillas, Croque Madame and both of them said they were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back here to try so many other items on the menu.

Went here in April 2024 for an anniversary brunch. The atmosphere and ambiance was lovely. The service decent. The food, a let down. I ordered the Monte Cristo with a salad. The sandwich was the absolute cheapest Monte Cristo I've ever tasted, and I've had them in many different regions, but this was the worst. The ham, which was a single thinly sliced luncheon meat you get from out of a pack in the grocery store was lost in the thick dry bread and minimum cheese. It was barely dusted with the powder. The flavor of it was bearable. The salad was skimpy and the house dressing was lackluster to say the least. The mimosa was cold, but no fizzle. My party didn't even finish their sandwich as it was dry as well. We were very disappointed overall, paid out check and left. Being a former restaurant developer, I would advise prospective owners to never include "fancy" dishes on your menu if you're not going to prepare them properly and charge as if you're doing so.

My first time eating here with my family. The waiter was very nice and recommended several dishes. When we sat down, we received our water; however, our drinks did not make it until after the food was served. We did not receive our food until one hour later. We saw other people sit after us and receive their food before us.

When our food finally arrived, my 4-year old daughter did not receive her food. Approximately five minutes later, her food finally arrived. We mentioned we never received our drinks and they brought them out right away. The waiter informed us that the computer system had shut down and he needed to re-enter the order in the system.

The floor manager came and asked us if everything was alright and I explained to him what had happened. He apologized and asked that we would give The Kitchen another chance. The waiter apologized and also said the same.

I am not one to complain because I know that businesses are very hard to manage and in no way was I upset; however, if my comments can be utilized in a positive manner, please accept my criticism with sincere.

I appreciate their apology and owning to their mistake. I also would like to comment that the food here is excellent :) My entire family was satisfied with our food. Aside from the hiccup we endured, I recommend The Kitchen. I would return here and offer them a...

-We arrived and got seated after 10 minutes of waiting. -Once we got sat, we waited for 15-25 minutes of waiting we finally had someone take our order. It wasn't a waiter/waitress, it was a supervisor. -We ordered two drinks, an appetizer and two entrees. -The appetizer we ordered was the Bruschetta, we believed since it listed 3 different types of bruschetta and we only received two after waiting another 20-25 minutes just for our appetizer to come out. -Not only did we not receive all the varieties listed of the bruschetta, someone completely different had brought us the appetizer and our drinks. -Another 30-45 minutes pass by and we get what seemed to be the manager dropping off our food. -Avocado toast was somewhat bland and our Egg and Cheese croissant just had no flavor to it, we needed to add hot sauce to even add any kind of flavor to our food. -In the end, I had around 3-4 different people serving us, including management and no one ever seemed to really care that we were waiting around longer than most people. -Saw a table that got seated after us get their food before us. Also saw many employees give some tables more attention in 5 minutes than we got in our entire time at the establishment.

-Will sadly not be giving my business to this establishment again, have never been so let down by staff as bad as...

The place is lovely, and in a nice location. Our server was very friendly, and always attentive. My only complaint would be the food and drinks, I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon, prices seem high in comparison to what you’re being served, the coffee was not good, it was bitter and watery, the espresso was not dialed in correctly. I ordered a veggie scramble, which was nothing to write home about, had to pay extra for toast, and I had to ask for the avocado that was missing from my plate. Someone else ordered the chilaquiles and they were absolutely disgusting, a huge plate with tons of totopos, and a sauce that tasted exclusively of cumin, it was appalling. No garnishes on the mountain of soggy chips, only two tiny eggs and feta sprinkled on top, if you’re serving Mexican dishes, make sure you’re being authentic, and if you’re trying to be creative, at least try your experiments before overcharging clients for them. The chilaquiles should be advertised as chili nachos or something like that because I’ve never heard of cumin salsa anywhere in Mexico, they tasted like a Tex Mex mess...
