Read moreI have always bought my hats here since i was young ,so my last purchase was a hat in Dec. Unfortunately after I took it home back to Dallas it didn't fit as well so I waited to make the trip back to exchange it... and that is where I found out that I had gotten a $10 discount with the original purchase, and that, somehow they are not able to honor it today. Since I thought I was making a merchandise exchange and not an actual cash transaction I just don't see how that discount has any effect on today's transaction so naturally I asked for a refund at that point, I got the whole it's past 30 days from your purchase we can only get you a store credit... I'm not stuck on the $10 discount I didn't even ask for it in the first place but it seems to me that their returns/customer service is lacking empathy to a returning customer, it felt more of a burden to have to deal with me...i hope this might have been an isolated instance...
Read moreIf you need a hat, you're better off ordering it on-line. There was only 1 gal that had knowledge of sizes of hats. I asked if they had a stetson in my size and it was like pulling teeth, HUH? I repeated my size like 20 x both in English and Spanish. Finally one did only to say they did not have my size and asked the front office cashier to look at thec2 other stores inventory and she kept saying that the largest size hats came in was a 7. She supposedly checked and said they didnt have a 7. I was asking for a 7 1/2.! I will not be shopping here anylonger, a waste of a hr because no one was tending the hats after I asked 1 showed up 20 mins later. I cannot fathom why they are still in business.
