The experiences I had from the day I went to look, to the day I came back to buy my furniture, to delivery, were exceptional! My salesperson Jose, gave me my space while I looked around. He gave me information on any sales and about the furniture and mattresses, but he did not "hover". He checked on me from time to time and answered any questions I had. He was warm, welcoming, polite, knowledgeable. When it came time for delivery, the young men who delivered and set up my furniture were fantastic! They were engaging and friendly. I was truly amazed at how organized they were and how quickly they set everything up because of it. I purchased a bedroom set, mattress and box and a living room set. They had to deal with stairs, a narrow hallway and not one piece of furniture nor wall scratched, scraped etc. Over all the experience at National Furniture Liquidators was far beyond the best furniture buying experience I have ever had in all my 50+ years buying furniture! I was a salesperson at a big name furniture company 20 years ago for a few years in another city and have high expectations from sales and service when it comes to furniture buying, because I strived to always provide a positive sales and service experience to my buyers. I can say, that is exactly what I received from all the people involved in my purchase with NFL! I had to call the store and speak to the store manager Carlos (Charlie) to Congratulate him on his sales and delivery team as soon as the young men who delivered my furniture left because I was literally over the moon at the buying and delivery experience! I highly recommend this company to folks looking for great selection and world class customer service! I have lived back in El Paso a short time. I was going to go to another well known furniture store where I had purchased furniture before to look, but happened upon NFL on gateway east and Pendale. Had never been in and decided to go in and look around. I am 100% glad I did! The photos I have attached do not give the beauty of the furniture proper justice! I can't find the picture of the couch while on here, suffice to say, looks just like the love seat, but longer š I also purchased the rug pictured in the living room...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's very unfortunate having to write a bad review for something that was once so exciting. 4 weeks ago we drove to El Paso (245 miles one way) to shop for new living room furniture. We went to 5 different stores and found the perfect set here. Service was friendly and not pushy and it looked like prices were good. We ended up having to order our set as they didn't have them in stock. We went to pick up our furniture 2 weeks ago, rented a u-haul ($170)to pick up all together and one of the reclining couches was faulty. They re ordered and we went home with just the one couch. We got a call last week that our new one was in and I asked them to inspect it and call if there was any damage. My husband went back to pick it up again this morning and the back was damaged. I am extremely frustrated as this was the third drive to El Paso this month and we still don't have our couch. I asked the manager if they could deliver and he said he would credit us $100-$200 dollars towards merchandise for the inconvenience. I don't want a credit! I want to not have to go back to El Paso or at least credit us fairly. We spent 4K on furniture at this store and traveled a total of 1470 miles not including the 490 miles we will have to travel when the couch comes back in for the 3rd time. That's 1960 miles traveled, 3 days taken off work for travel, a u-haul rental and not to mention the time and aggravation. I think that's worth more then $100. Just saying. I do understand that the furniture damage was not their fault but it is defiantly not ours. And we should have been made aware of the damage before traveling out once again. Again the service was friendly and the manager seems very nice but I don't think we are being treated 100% fairly. I also do want to mention that the guys at the delivery dock are very nice and helpful when picking up and inspecting. Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlex our sales guy was great had no issue with him what so ever didnt try to sell me things I didnt want helped me get a good deal highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy at shortys had it not been for him I would be giving the company 3 stars . my reason is the delivery people were not good at all came in my house rushing to put my bed together came unprepared asked to borrow my electric drill asked for a screwdriver then set up bed as fast as they could to get out of there I guess because they had other deliveries an it was almost 5pm I had multiple things wrong with the bed upon inspecting it headboard was very loose I could move it back and forth because they did not fully install all screws when I asked the guy whose name he did not give what was up with that he told me thats how the bed came cuz wood never matches up correctly but u could clearly see the holes to the missing screws that held headboard in place then I saw wood chipped off side of bed to which the guy rolled his eyes an gave a long sigh also apparently they did not wrap the drawer that came with bed so it was completely broken from one side which he said he would come back when he could to replace overall bed was set up half ass missing screws broken parts overly forced in screws an horrible customer service not to mention he made me think I had to sign paper stating I received bed in good condition when it wasnt because he would make a note of it when he got back.
