Prosound — Attraction in Elizabethton

Prosound installed a radio and speakers for my dad in his 2005 Denali about a year ago and for four speakers, no amp, and a touchscreen radio it cost over a $1000... this is outrageous.. I wouldn’t be that upset if it was a $1000 installation job but the wiring underneath the carpet and under the truck looks like they hired the two highest employees from Burger King to try their hand at wiring up some speakers for the day! This is an atrocious job and they were extremely rude about the whole process as well. I have always heard good things about prosound and that is why I chose them for the service, a PROFESSIONAL installation service. Little did I know I could have asked any kid out of high school that’s ever wired a stereo to do it and I could’ve gotten the same results or better and paid a fraction of the price. I dropped off my Accord at the convenient night drop on Sunday afternoon, and ProSound did an amazing job! They installed new front and back speakers, along with a 12" subwoofer and amp. I picked it up Tuesday afternoon, and the system sounds incredible—I couldn’t be happier with the work they performed.

What really impressed me was their attention to detail. They eliminated the rattle on the back seat deck that had been plaguing me for some time, and I’m especially thankful for that! The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of their work is top-notch.

When my rear Klipsch speaker fell to the floor, I thought it was done for. Turned out the connectors in the back broke as they were attached to the speaker wire as they fell. I wanted the gold plated connectors (silly, I know, but just because I wanted it to match my other rear speaker) and they were able to fix it in no time for an excellent price. The speaker works again and sounds great. I am very happy I chose this place, and you will be too.
