UEC Cinema 6 — Attraction in Elko

UEC OWNERSHIP IS GARBAGE!!!!! During Westates ownership my girlfriend and I went to the movie's almost religiously. Now that UEC is in, the whole experience is awful. I get my candy stripped away from me, the nacho cheese is basically spray cheese now. We recently went to a movie that started at 7:15 during the 15 min long UEC intro the screen freezes and we are informed of a mess up with that movie, normally ok that's fine....8:15 rolls around we are still enjoying our blank screen. First time I've ever had to ask for a refund. I guess you have to be 21 to buy another person's rated r tickets....that's pretty ridiculous haha so whenever I can get my concealed carry permit, finally I can buy someones rated r ticket....wow. This town is very small and mostly based around bars, so now kids have just one less thing to do. All I can say is if any Westates member sees this review, thank you for years of awesome movie experiences. I hope UEC...

The Cinemas have changed a lot with the new ownership. They don't even let you look ahead on the following Friday's to see what movies are coming out and the times. Only for the week they are showing for, I try to place the additional date in the drop down box and it will not show you the following shows for that date. Also they stopped serving certain items that were my favorite to get, the chocolate almonds for example. Prices have definitely gone up, and it's not as cool in the theaters during this heat wave that we are having this summer. They need to work on these issues I believe in order to get better reviews. It's better to wait and watch these movies when they come out for renting or buying rather than spend a fortune to watch them at the cinemas where your sweating, and can't be...

The Kiosk wasn’t working right. The other gentleman at the other kiosk went to go help. The kid that came to help was in a hoodie...no uniform. He couldn’t figure it out so he told us to go up to concessions. The lady at concessions also not in a uniform. Said oh that movie is sold out. I was like ugh well maybe we can do the 6:00 pm and she was like “good luck” and she was the manager. It was dirty and I’m sorry if movies are sold out the kiosk should tell you that it’s sold out or there should be a sign. They had a sign posted for the Jumangi at 5:05 was sold out. Not impressed. If you are on Fandango you should be able to purchase your tickets online. We traveled an hour to watch a movie and...
