Incredibly friendly and competent staff. We arrived mid day on a Monday, so there were no other customers. I ordered an almond milk latte and went to the bathroom. When I came back out it was ready, but it was hot instead of iced ( my fault for not specifying) I asked if I could just have it dumped into a cup with some ice but the batista insisted on making me a new one properly so it wouldn't be watered down. It's a simple act but one that shows they care about the product going out, regardless of whether or not it's going to a local or someone they may never see again. My wife just went in today 3/12/2023, the lady at the drive through took her card and added on a $2 dollar tip without asking my wife if it was ok, we also did not receive a receipt or anything else.
