Personally, not the best experience. When I arrived there was an ambulance leaving and a fire truck. (Didn’t know what happened) Anyways while there the staff members working on the trampolines were all tired, bored, teens. Most of them weren’t even looking at anyone and only yelled at people when they saw them dunking on the rims which is a rule but everyone still did anyway. Also, if you have a birthday there and you get a whole dodgeball arena to yourself which I usually what you get at a trampoline park party but the fact is those tired staff were directing the match. Picking unfair teams and also took all the balls from the other arena while there was a game going on in that one leaving only one ball remaining on that court. Btw they weren’t even watching or reffing that game even though it was obvious a group of even kids wanted to play. I saw one kid get really stuck in the foam pit crying for help with a staff member standing right in front of him doing nothing causing his mom to come out a get him. Some of the other kids asked for help but only like one staff member actually helped out of all them. Some of the attractions like the basketball and the dodgeball was completely surrounded by teenage boys. I heard one of them actually had the workers Snapchat or something. But it was just a chaotic experience with the line usually being super long no matter the day of the week and seating is usually hard to find if it is busy. But, it is very much kid friendly with mini trampolines and a patch of trampolines in a row. Yet the overall atmosphere is kinda of trashy to say the least and another downside is you have to have the Altitude grippy socks unlike other parks where if you have any form of grippy socks you can jump. In conclusion, if you are into that kind of vibe or place then Altitude is for you. But if you don’t like that kind of place then I don’t recommend Altitude...
Read moreI’ve been to this place twice. Once for a birthday party and once I took 4 kids. Upon entering, I had completed the waivers online. We stood in a long line (not a big deal) to pay and once we got up there we were told the online waivers “weren’t working” so I had to get out of line and fill out the waivers and then stand in line again with 4 young kids. It gets better. I pay, they ask if I need socks, I said yes for one of them. The other 3 had socks from sky zone and get air. Again, first time being here besides the party. Get air and sky zone both allow socks from any trampoline park, I thought this place was the same. However, it is not. About 10 min in, a worker told me that I’d have to purchase their socks (including for myself and I wasn’t even jumping) or I’d be asked to take the kids off the platform. I look around and see multiple parents and some other kids without their socks (had other tramp park socks) and even one kid in plain white socks without grips. Eventually a manager came up and told me I needed to buy socks or I’d be asked to leave. Asked for my money back and was told no. I said that once they gather everyone else not in the socks, I would purchase them. They told me they’d do so. I reluctantly purchased more socks after having to stand in line again. Demanded extra time since once again, my kids were missing jump time I paid for. They agreed. We finished our jump time. Throughout the time, I counted 4 people without their socks on, some with shoes when it clearly says no shoes on the platform and low and behold, the child with the plain white socks jumped the entire time. So frustrating and unsafe for that child. At least mine had grip socks. Will not be going back. Would rather drive father to sky zone and get air. This place seems like they are all about $$$. The socks are no different from...
Read moreThe park itself is decent enough, all the extras are pretty neat, but the flow/layout is a bit weird. We purchased 11hour passes for a birthday party, very difficult to actually use the passes, we probably stood around for 20-30 minutes as they tried to figure it out. Most of us have frequented multiple different trampoline parks so the majority of us already had trampoline socks, HOWEVER, even though the only thing listed online is that you need trampoline park socks and there are socks available for purchase at the park if you don't have any, no where does it say you're required to have ALTITUDES branded socks. After finally getting into the park and starting to jump we were told our socks "weren't allowed" and we had to purchase the socks provided by altitude for "insurance purposes." And what do you know, the altitude socks are branded with their name/logo. I find it incredibly petty that the park is that worried about other jump parks being "advertised" by sock logos. They're all the same thing and if anything the socks we came with were of higher quality than the ones provided at altitude.
And to top off an already underwhelming experience a member of our party broke his back at the jump park. I am in no way blaming the park for the injury, it was a freak accident however the way the staff very poorly handled the situation and left him laying on the ground with ice packs on his back for 30-45 minutes without checking up. It seemed they mostly cared about getting him off the jump park floor. It wasn't until after he had us request an ambulance escort to the hospital that the manager came over to speak to him and fill out an incident report.
I have another set of 11hr jump passes I'll be using with my daughter, but once those passes are gone I don't intend on coming back to altitude, I'd rather...
