If I could give this Elyria store negative stars I would. I bought a brand new tv from them and when I opened it up at home, inside I found a used screen. No cords, no stand or remote. Nothing but a extremely dusty screen covered in what looks like soda. Within a hour of purchase, I took it back to the store and they refused to accept that this is what was sold me, a used tv in the box. I even showed them where it looks like it was opened at the bottom and someone taped it back up. They said it was not the unit the sold me and basically told me there was no way they sold that to me. So I’m basically out $500 and the customer relations number they gave me to call said the same thing. Great store. I love to buy certain things here like the Method cleaning supplies and the 1 for 1 brand. The store is very clean and well organized. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable about items you may have questions about. The store is handicap accessible and plenty of parking available. Easy to find location. They have a pretty decent selection of gluten free and vegetarian options. They even carry gluten free beer in several different kinds, not just cider but IPA’s and what not too. The clothing selection offers better styles than many other big brand name stores in my opinion, at decent prices. The sale items are priced very reasonably and I have picked up many things for myself and my kiddos over the years. Definitely recommend...

Tried to return something without a receipt, said they couldn't return health or beauty without one. So I called to talk to a manager and after I was on hold for about 20 minutes, Lori told me that they would have to watch the video first and to call back another day. Now tell me, why would they have to watch a video? Of course my reaction is and question is, do you think I stole this? She starts to laugh and says no. then why do you have to watch the video? She never gave me a clear answer. What the heck is going on there that I can't return something without my receipt and they have to watch the video?
