I bought a device from the Elyria location and was not informed , nor did I ask if a battery was removable or not . When I found out after I got home that it was not I called the next day wanting to return it because it did not fit my lifestyle . I was informed it was not and was offered an upgrade even though it was against policy which I turned down because it was not in my budget and because it was not what I was looking for . Adam went on to tell me that he guarantees that knowing David so well , That he he guarantees that I was told that the battery was non removable which I was not informed of that and like I said I did not ask that question . Instead of finding out from David if that is the case , Both of us became argumentative and eventually I was hung up on . The point is I refuse to be upselled to a device that I did not want to begin with especially due to budget constraints and I am not specifically blaming Kalamazoo for not telling me that it's not removable because it's not exactly of pertinent piece of information it's an honest oversight but you would think that under certain circumstances you could be worked with when you see that you can't afford something . Now I'm out $55 because if I went with what he suggested I would have had a $75 device that I would never use . I started going there about a month ago and I became a regular because they found a vape juice I've been searching for for a year and they went out of their way and special ordered it for me and I was so grateful that they did that and I started only going to them . Now I'm never going to return . When I lived in Cleveland up until 3 years ago they're the only company I ever used . Now because of Adam's Behavior never again . Over $55 , And being an owner , You just lost a customer for life . That means easily hundreds if not thousands of dollars short and long-term . Was that worth it ? Not to mention this review and I will never recommend and will always talk negatively about your business .

I have no way to reply to what you just replied so I have to do this . I'm taking responsibility for my actions I got a bit out of hand and I believe I mentioned that in my review . What gets me is that you're attempting to make yourself look like the innocent party and that hold yourself accountable for anything and to put it simply lie . You are the owner and people know you so 99% they're going to believe you over me because they know you ! I'm a nobody so my word means nothing . You have business to lose so of course you going to say what you have to so you don't lose anything . Very commendable . Honesty goes a long way doesn't it ? I'm the type of person that's not afraid to hold myself accountable and take my consequences when I'm wrong and in this case I am wrong for my actions and I will say I'm sorry I should not have raised my voice and I definitely should have been more patient. But I don't tolerate somebody who lies when they're in a position of Authority or power to keep the upper hand for whatever reason . I only respect people no matter what when they're honest no matter what they did . And the juice, The chain Vape gravity flavor that I've been searching for for a year that you were nice enough to find for me , I'll find it somewhere else . Coffee customer I'll be completely honest. I saw a bag (fun labels) on the internet. I'm a huge coffee nut and decided to look them up. I live in Ontario, Canada but happened to be in Ohio fortunately ADam Good Coffee was along the way. When I arrived at the posted address I was nervous. I'm not a vape or related products customer. However I saw Adam's Coffee sign and proceeded with caution. When I nervously entered the store I was greeted by the young man working. He was super welcoming and kind. When I mentioned the Coffee he was very excited to show me what they had albeit not much left the day I arrived. However I purchased the three bags that were available. He said it had been a very busy week and that I can order for pick up anytime to guarantee my preferred selection. Also it smelled soooo good! Best vape shop in town. Most helpful employees you'll find too. I actually called here while shopping at another shop (which I'll never visit again) and the guy gave me advice and his opinions on the products in question, answering all of my questions, just to be helpful.
