Emmaus Run Inn — Attraction in Emmaus

I live about an hour away, but because of the recommendations I received, I decided to take the drive. It was definitely worth it! It was one of the best shoe buying experiences I have ever had. Zoe was who helped me! She was friendly, personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the products they offer! I told her what I was looking for in a shoe, with being on my feet 12 hours a day working in the ER, I need one that is supportive. She knew of several options I could try with extra support. Given my size (I'm a 14-15 wide) she was concerned about having to special order a shoe for me and explained the time it could take to do that. She also explained everything about the shoes to me that we tried and how they offer the support they do. I tried on Hoka and Brooks shoes and I ended up choosing the Brooks adrenaline gts 20. It was comfortable the moment I put it on! I could feel the difference between the shoes I normally wear and this shoe with how it supported my foot. I was talking about how during the summer I wear sandals/flip flops a lot and it would be nice to have support in those as well. Zoe even helped me find a supportive pair of those to wear! Thank you SOOO much!! I may have been able to find the same shoe cheaper online, but it supported a local business, and I got great service that I would not have gotten online. It is DEFINITELY worth going and I highly recommend them! I will definitely be back when it is time for a new pair of shoes!...

My dad shops here for running shoes and Pulse orthotics. I was having a terrible burning sensation on the top of my foot when running on treadmill and my dad said these people know there stuff. I was greeted by Nicole and she helped me with finding a pair of running sneakers. Nicole brought in and out about 6 or 7 pairs and each pair I tried on, I then ran on treadmill for 2 minutes and my top of feet did not burn. Not only was Nicole very friendly but she was patient, very knowledgeable about specifications and listened to my needs and concerns and what I needed primarily in a sneaker. I will now buy my running sneakers here. If anyone from Emmaus Run Inn reads this, know that you have a great girl named Nicole who was a pleasure to get help from and her patience and professionalism was impressive. Thank you and look forward to returning soon to pick up a secondary backup pair. The sneakers I got this time were the extra cushion size 10.5 Hoka brand Bondi 6. .the first 3 photos are the Hoka sneakers I bought. I will be trying them out in action tomorrow morning.The last photo is the Pulse orthotics my dad bought for his 6th or 7th pair and he loves them.Thanks again Emmaus Run Inn. Happy Thanksgiving.

Unbelievable customer service.. Tyler has has a crazy memory. I had picked up shoes for my son(some special extra wide, new balance elephant treads ..whatever but custom) and paid for them. But apparently my mother In law an wife had paid for them about a month ago. Typical husband didn’t know the details… but I went in to get my money back a week later after getting the shoes. I briefly told Tyler about what happened. I gave him the receipt. He looked at it and then proceeded to tell me the entire story from over a month ago about this sale and that he was upset that my son Would not have the shoes in time for back to school and then that he wanted black and not white and went on and on. Tyler is the man. That was unbelievable customer service and then told me I’ll have the money back in two days in my account. He asked if my son likes the shoes. I said he loves them and I’ll be back because he likes them but because he made the whole return like I was dealing with best friends from years ago. I highly recommend this store. It may be pricy but it’s excellent quality and the whole team working there wants you to be happy. 5 Stars...
