Ortho Mattress — Attraction in Encinitas

Visited on Sunday and got a nice tutorial on the mattress options. No pressure to buy. Checked a couple of other places and returned on Tuesday. Shawn explained the differences from the mattresses at the other stores and what he could offer. Even though we were sure that a firm mattress is what we wanted (been using one for the past 17 years), he had us try some softer versions just to make sure. We changed our minds thanks to his help! Again, no pressure to buy during the visit. We were ready to pull the trigger and they were able to deliver the next day (Wednesday). Now for the best part: We ordered the 9 inch tall foundation because that was similar to the Stearns and Foster set that we replaced. However the new set was just too high. Called the store before they closed on Wednesday and they scheduled an exchange for the 5 inch foundation for Thursday at no charge. I call the whole experience...

Excellent experience, thanks to Bill (salesperson) and Mike (delivery crew)!! Bill was extremely informative and helpful w/my selection of an adjustable base, and was not pushy at all. The 1st delivery crew that was sent to my house was VERY unprofessional and rude- since the base was to big & heavy to fit up the stairs. I almost cancelled the entire order, however I called Bill immediately. He went out of his way to work with the warehouse movers. Ultimately, another person came out to the house, Mike, and suggested a split adjustable base to be delivered- which he delivered to upstairs bedroom w/out any problem. Both Bill and Mike made getting an adjustable base a very positive experience. Bill even called after the delivery to ensure that it all was to my approval. Wow! Jerry assisted my father with the purchase of his ortho hybrid mattress. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My father has health issues and he is very specific about his mattress needs and he is retired and on a fixed income. Jerry is an excellent listener and made a very customer tailored recommendation to help my dad find the perfect mattress.
