They are a scam!!! I want to give this place 0 stars! placed an order with them on Sunday 2/6/22. Was told it would take 3 hours to make and we couldn't wait for the order so was told we can pick it up the following Sunday 2/13 and it would be ready for us. Texted the phone number that was given and no response. Arrived at the mall at 11:25 A.M. went to the stall and it was closed. Texted the phone number again and told them just to cancel our order and issue us a refund. FINALLY got a response and was told sorry the mall opens at 11AM cant be there early and cant issue a refund due to that issue?! HELLO!!! it's already 11:25 and the mall is already open!!!! He then texts me again and tell me the order is already done but that its at the Caesars palace the printer is on delivery and that the mall has different hours for weekends and that we can go pick it up over there. Im sorry?! I am not going out of my way to go over there when the conversation last Sunday was that we were told it would be ready today! So I said can you just mail it to our home address free of charge for all the inconvenience and he says thats fine so I give him our address and was told it would be sent out first thing in the morning on Monday 2/14. I proceed to tell him fine but please send me the tracking number for the shipment once you send it out...no response! Well, it is now 2/20/22 and still no order!!!! Do not buy from them. They are a scam.!!! never responded to a tracking number, or anything. They just took our money. So will reporting them to the BBB and will be disputing the charge with our credit card company because I doubt they will...

My wife and I were staying at The Venetian when we came across The 3d Crystal. She came up with the idea of using my parents wedding picture from 1953 that I had in my phone to make 9 heart shaped crystals with the picture of them in it and to give them as Christmas gifts for all my siblings and Mom. This is where Sanjay comes in! To make 9 of them and get them to me by 11 AM the next morning, because we had to fly out, was a huge order to fill but it was something he assured me that he could get done! Sanjay's communication was awesome keeping me posted by sending me pictures making sure that everything he did by setting up the design was meeting my approval!! The next morning I met him at 11 AM and sure enough he had all 9 of them completed! He opened all 9 of the boxes to assure me that there were not any imperfections or blemishes in the crystal or the design inside of it. Sure enough, they were absolutely beautiful, perfect and yes it brought tears to my eyes because this timeless picture came to life right before my eyes not to mention we lost our dad a year ago. Sanjay, you are absolutely amazing by making this happen, something I'll forever be thankful for! This will for sure be a Christmas none of my family including myself will ever forget!!

I came to Vegas on business. Walked by the 3-D crystal booth and saw what they have to offer. Came back provided a photo of my two golden retrievers. I had the 3-D Christel kiosk print me out photos of my dogs and a lovely crystal heart for my wife. The product is exceptionally well done. I was very impressed on the quality and the time to get it completed. I will highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a gift for themselves or significant other. They’re located in the planet Hollywood mall area. 100% satisfied with the product...
