Wigglin’ Out Indoor Playground — Attraction in Enterprise

Horrible management,I’m writing this review because I was really disappointed with our experience at this children’s play place. A few weeks ago, I chose this place for my child to play. Before going, I checked their website, which said they were open until 6:00 PM. I arrived at 4:30 PM, thinking we had plenty of time. However, when we got there, the staff (guy)told me they would actually be closing in 30 minutes. I mentioned that their website stated they were open until 6, and they apologized, saying they hadn’t updated the website for the fall and winter hours, and that they now close at 5 PM. They only charged me half price (six dollars) because it was their mistake, and I appreciated that gesture. However, I decided to give them another chance a few weeks later. I called them on a Friday to confirm their hours, and they told me they’d close at 5:30 PM because they had a party at 6:00 PM. I even asked about the next day, Saturday, and they gave me the same answer. So on Saturday, I arrived at 3:30 PM, expecting to have a couple of hours to play. Yet when I got there, the same staff member told me they were closing in 30 minutes, at 4:00 PM. I explained that I had called ahead and confirmed the time, and that I’d driven 20 minutes to get there. My child was very upset and couldn’t understand why we suddenly had to leave. I felt really let down because they had already adjusted the price once before for the same issue, and now they were changing their hours again and the guy lied to my face he never closed at 5 and they always close at 6 when he told me for fall and winter their hours changes,Honestly, this place has no proper management. Maybe it’s because it’s a family business and no one is really keeping track, but I will never go back and I wouldn’t recommend it to...

If you’re thinking about having a party here, don’t ! This is by far the worst playground I have had a party at. I paid for a private event that started at 6pm I got there around 5:57pm. It was full of people, it took a while for the owner to clear everyone out. She called herself “cleaning” as she wiped a few things down with windex. During the party she allowed outside guest in and claimed she felt bad but if it was a problem she could let them know, after she had already let them in. The party room was hot, the fridge was dirty and had old food in it. I was very disappointed. Not to mention before the party I called to confirm the reservation a week after placing it. The owner claimed she did not have the reservation, I informed her I paid the deposit. She asked me to drive down there to show her (mind you this is 25 mins away from me) I got there and she goes “oh it just popped up in the system”. During the party I was upset about the event not being private despite paying for a private event. The owner had her son there putting his hands on my guest and biting. I confronted the owner about these issues and asked for some kind of compensation or to pay for a none private party due to her letting outside people in and having her son there. The owner told me no I already paid and thats that. This owner is completely unprofessional and needs to be shut down nothing about this place was nice. Its dirty, theres no food toys for the kitchen areas, bathroom floors were sticky and smelled like pee. This is by far the worst playground and most unprofessional. Please take your money...

So pleased with our experiences at Wigglin Out! Our family has been a couple times in the past for birthday parties but under new ownership it’s better than ever! My nephew had his 3rd birthday here this month and it was such a positive experience! My own kids are 3 and 6 and they loved climbing, jumping, and all the pretend play activities at this indoor playground. I personally appreciated the party room decor and the ability to rent the space for our private party. Our family returned a week later for Wigglin Out’s Kpop Demon Hunters special event and it was the BEST! There was karaoke of all the songs, clips playing from the movie, a hair salon station, craft vendors, and a place for my kids to just have fun while dressed up as their favorite characters. They had such a great time! The owners are also super nice and were regularly walking the space and cleaning up to keep the facility running smooth and as germ free as possible. We will be back again until our kids get too big for it—hopefully not...
