We decided to visit because we saw online that they had a trade in prize my wife was excited about. We entered and took a look around and immediately I noticed the claw prizes werenât great. Nothing awful but also very little that was exciting. There was a cure demon slayer plush claw machine but of course that took 2 tokens to try. We spotted the trade in prize my wife was interested in and the worker told us we could just buy it. We can buy them a lot of places we went there for the fun of winning it. We spent $20 and the worker was nice to help set up plush buy if she didnât we would have won nothing because as others have stated the claw machines here are set up to be very loose and to literally open at the top and drop the prize even with a good grip. I donât really understand this business idea. While I understand you canât have every game be a winner, weâre also not talking about high quality prizes in the machines. Without the workerâs assistance we would have won 1 cheap prize out of 22 try. Thereâs just no reason to come back knowing that the machines are that bad. Again the worker was helpful and set us up to win, but at that point just have the machines work better so it doesnât feel like you need to cheat to win a prize. After we traded in for what my wife wanted the worker reminded us that next time we could just buy the prize which again defeats the purpose of a claw machine place. I can just go to a store and buy it too. Overall the experience left a bad taste in our mouths and we...
Read moreThereâs no way this place genuinely gets 5 stars from playersâitâs likely from friends or family. I spontaneously checked this place out today. While it looked cute and the plushies were adorable, donât be fooled. The machines were rigged, glitchy, and unstable. The claw literally opens right after it goes up. This didnât just happen once but multiple times. When my daughter told the worker how the claw opens right after going up, she said, âOh, you have more tokens anyway.â
We then proceeded to try other machines, and the same thing happened! My daughter tried the smaller machines in the middle, and it did the same thing twice. I told the worker that it was cheating because the claw opens right away, causing the plushie to drop back where it was picked up. She gave me a token, but when I said I wanted her to see what the machine was doing because it was unfair, she replied, âItâs okay, I already gave you a token,â and walked away.
At that point, I just wanted to get out of there, so we used up all our tokens, whether we won a plushie or not. Thankfully, I only spent $20. Save your money and go to Claw Planet (Eastern/Serene). The staff there is much friendlier. While they also have some glitchy machines, the workers will literally open the machine for you and place the plushie near the drop area. They always walk around and ask if anyone needs help. By the way, Iâm not affiliated with Claw Planetâjust trying to help others avoid getting robbed...
Read moreI recently visited Wolf Claw Arcade in Las Vegas, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly staff and a clean, inviting environment that set the tone for a fantastic experience.
The arcade is a haven for both kids and adults, offering a wide array of games that cater to all ages. The claw machines are the main attraction, and they did not disappoint. We had a blast trying our luck and managed to win several plush toys. I especially appreciated the option to trade smaller prizes for larger ones, which added an extra layer of excitement to the experience.
What stood out to me was the reasonable pricing. Many games required only a single token, making it easy to enjoy a variety of activities without breaking the bank. Plus, the free candy from the candy claw machine was a sweet bonus!
Overall, Wolf Claw Arcade is a perfect spot for family outings, dates, or just a fun day out. The combination of nostalgic games, a friendly atmosphere, and excellent customer service makes it a must-visit destination in Las Vegas. I can't wait to return and try...
