Itās not so often that we get to experience a full on Gujarati restaurant here in Vegas. When my wife and I first heard about it a couple days ago, we were very excited. The website is beautifully designed and their service is exceptional. The restaurant itself is huge but comforting and there is plenty of space to dine and hookah.
Here is what we ordered:
Limbu Sharbat: My wife enjoyed this as it was refreshing (hopefully they can put ice inside of it next time!)
Khaman: This was delicious and spongy! A bit firmer than how my mom makes it but overall it was a hitter (my wife really enjoyed it).
Marcha Bhajiya: Canāt go wrong here. The marcha isnāt spicy at all (thank god) and it was nice and crunchy.
Khandvi: This is my wifeās favorite dish! It was soft and digests super easily. The vaghar on this is fire.
Vagharelo Rotlo with Chaas: This is my favorite dish! Iāve never had something like this (especially with chaas which was a nice addition). All the flavors come well together and there are just enough spices in here to present a well balanced dish.
Cheese Kaju Masala: Iāve never had this dish before but it was tasty. The texture of the cheese is on point and the best part about this dish is the cashew - crispy and flavorful.
Paneer Bhurji: This dish was also delicious - you can tell itās well cooked and seasoned because it looked presentable, waiting to be eaten.
Rotli: Canāt go wrong here. This tasted exactly like my momās food and reminded me of her cooking.
Stuffed Chili Garlic Onion Naan: Almost like a mini pizza but it was made just perfectly - not too dough and not too cheesy. It was my wifeās favorite stuffed garlic naan.
Shiro: Was not a huge fan but this is because of the saffron (which I wasnāt aware of) but for a saffron dish, it wasnāt too shabby.
Overall, excellent food here. Weāre coming back for the Gujarati thaali on the weekend lunch and we canāt...

We started with kachori, dry vagharelo rotlo, and marcha bhajia ā each one was simply too good! The vagharelo rotlo was a perfect start to the meal and set the tone for what was to come.
For the main course, we enjoyed vaghareli khichadi, dahi vagharelo rotlo, ringan bharthu, and undhiyu, paired with soft rotlo and rotli. Every bite was flavorful, comforting, and authentic ā truly Gujarati food at its best.
The portions were generous, and every dish tasted fresh and perfectly spiced.

The staff is incredibly patient and accommodating. We customized our order multiple times, and they handled it all with a smile. My daughter changed her mind from Idli to Dosa mid-order, and they made it happen without adding a single extra charge. That kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated.
