Smash and Slice — Restaurant in Enterprise

Omg this place is OUTSTANDING! Finally a real, authentic group of Upstate NY’ers who know exactly what they’re doing. We went tonight & got a slice of the pepperoni pizza, buffalo chicken tenders, the double smash burger, fries x2 & the grape & strawberry crush. Also side note if you like bleu cheese theirs is homemade & it has been my favorite in all of Henderson & Vegas by far. & the fries were SO good. Unreal flavor & they’re little chips! The whole meal was just so good & the prices were so reasonable for everything we got! The pizza was awesome too, it was a thin crust but still soft enough & a substantial quality portion. My husband is the biggest pizza critic there is & he couldn’t stop talking about that slice.

I met who I can only assume is the family? She’s a really pretty dark haired woman, she reminded me of home 🥹 (315) & the guy with the Mets hat (but he did say “Go Bills!” when he saw my hat lol) & the cashier was a younger girl who was super friendly! The customer service was grade A. You literally do not get any better than how friendly, welcoming & pleasant this whole restaurant was. If I didn’t travel out of state for work, I’d be coming here weekly but this is most definitely part of our food rotation forever now! Keep kicking ass guys we love having a place like this right...

It's a nice, clean and simple place...my kind of place. Nothing too complicated. As the name suggests, you can get a slice of Pizza or a Smashburger. They have a variety of Pizzas but I went with a Smashburger for this visit.

I ordered a double Smash with Grilled Onions and the works (Fresh Jalapeño, Fried Egg and Bacon). Added a combo fries and a drink.

When I bit into the Burger, it was like I was taken to another dimension of flavor. You see, I've only had a Smashburger twice in my Life so far. This was the third time trying it at a different place. The other previous two just felt like how you'd feel eating at an In N Out. It's not mind blowing but it's not bad, either. This place, however, trust me when I tell you that your flavor Journey begins with that first bite. And it just elevates from there once you start munching on the fries and continue with your Burger.

The fries in and of itself is a completely different flavor experience. I've never had anything like it anywhere else. A unique cut. The texture is really nice and compliments the Smash Burger very well!

Although I opted out for a Smashburger on this visit, I can only imagine just how equally good the Pizza must be...

So, I should start off by saying that I'm not someone who writes reviews, but Smash And Slice was so good, I had to! This is a family run spot and you can feel that warmth as soon as you walk in. From the warm greetings of the staff, to the food named after family members and pics of loved ones adorning the walls, it's all love at Smash and Slice! And, you can feel that love in the food. Everything we had (and we ate A LOT) was amazing. The chicken fingers, perfectly lacy edged smash burger, sidewinder fries and chicken Caesar salad were all crowd favorites, but what really stood out were the pies. We had the grandma slice Tony's way and the chicken parm slice. As soon as I bit into the chicken parm pizza it was an immediate love affair. The chicken cutlet was perfectly seasoned, the cheese had a perfect amount of bite, and the vodka sauce was out of this world. If they sold jars of that sauce I'd be first in line. All in all, Smash and Slice is a perfectly executed pizza and burger spot. For a new restaurant to offer such hospitable and seamless service this early on, it's a testament to the heart of the family and staff running everything behind the scenes. I will be back and I'll be buying tons of merch. This is now one...
