So 2nd time I've been sold junk that doesn't work from here ,waste of money mostly but here's what happened; Elmer answered the phone today when I called to inquire about my broken pen they sold me this Thursday night. He says I can't do any returns or refunds we have a no refunds policy. I said I never said I wanted a return I told you why I called and told you I'm having a hard time using a broken pen you just sold me a day ago along with other expensive pens and lighters.. now I asked why I couldn't possibly get an exchange or something right after not being satisfied with him not even offering to try to fix it or show me how it works incase it's me doing some wrong. Coolest smoke shop and pieces in esky. The prices are so high for the glass pieces they have! 2 or 3 times the price you get online. Their top of the line pieces aren't even name brand. I've been to many nice smoke shops and if your spending $200+ the piece will definitely be name brand and a good brand at that. The guy that greeted me just stood in the doorway and didn't really move out of the way. The other guy was all jumpy and trying to be a professional salesman and I was letting him keep going so he thought he sold me on buying like 4 pieces. He was kinda bragging and talking down to the other employee acting like " ya see, that's how you make a sale". There was a piece I knew what it was already and asked the guy to see if he knew the details and functions of it. He was talking like he knew everything and was wrong about what it's used for. Just know your information before you ask them because he will bs his way into a sale!! Now there aren’t too many smoke/vape shops in the area, and out of all the local and even many of the farther away ones this shop is by far the friendliest, most informative, and just all around the best shop out of them all. The worker behind the counter asked me what I wanted and when I told him he weighed out both the pros and the cons of the product instead of just “here’s the price” he filled me in on all the info I would need to know about the product. This isn’t just a shop, it is an enjoyable place to go with friendly employees who actually know what their product is and how to describe it to the lesser knowledgeable customers to allow them to make the right decision.
