Working with RentAll in Escanaba has always been a breeze! From the ordering process to delivery everyone is happy, professional, and reliable.

First time I signed up with RentAll I went straight to the store and picked out a couch. They explained the contract in a way I understood, made sure I knew about my payment agreement, and worked around my schedule for delivery. The two guys that delivered were right one time, put my couches exactly where I wanted them, and were very friendly.

Second time I ordered from RentAll I did the process online. Their website was easy to navigate, Jess called the next day to confirm the agreement and scheduled delivery. Day of delivery the same guys that delivered my couches showed up on time, helped bring what I ordered in, and were just as awesome as the first time we dealt with them. It’s always nice working with people that give off that they love their job and the customers they help. Website was easy to navigate. The texting feature made it super easy to get answers to some of my questions & concerns from home (thanks Jessie!), the process was super quick & easy from filling out the form to getting it all settled up (thanks front desk guy! sorry, can't remember your name lol) & they were able to get me same day set up at my home with only a few hrs left in the work day. The guys who set it up were super nice & were able to get it done in under 20mins. The washer/dryer are high capacity & great quality (Samsung with an app to control it from anywhere & check the status!) Everything was exactly what I needed. I moved to Menominee MI to be with my uncle and family while I fight 4th stage cancer. When I got here my uncle (Jon AKA Waldo) had a relationship before with RentAll when he got his laptop. My laptop had gotten worn down and the keyboard wasn’t working and it was giving me issues and I needed another . Since I got my old laptop I had been diagnosed with Cancer and am on disability so am not working anymore. The RentAll store had since closed down in Menominee and moved to Escanaba. We are all retired with disabilities and do not drive . My uncle called to RentAll and they said no problem and delivered an identical laptop like my uncle had all the way from Escanaba to Menominee!
