Colossus — Attraction in Eureka

I'm not the biggest fan of Ferris Wheels, but the Colossus is at the top of the list if you do. Its size is commanding, and the queue line is mostly shaded. I've always found it satisfying because when they load and unload, the line moves a huge length.

The ride itself is relaxing, and you get to see everything in the park. Ever since they removed the Superman drop tower, it's the go-to location to get that view.

This enormous ferris wheel does a good job avoiding one of the biggest potential problems with ferris wheels: a HUGE wait to get on and off. The staff are actually pretty efficient about loading and unloading so you don't feel like you've just become a prisoner for hours. Colossus is a giant ferris wheel that is constantly moving! It's a slow twelve minute ride, allowing you to see all the cool sights of the park.
