I have lived here almost 3 years. Patti is just absolutely one of the best apartment managers ever. She's is always so kinda and caring. If there is ever an issues she is always on top of it and gets it fixed asap. I'm just sad as I'm looking into buying a home for my children and I soon and that I won't be able to see her and say hi on a daily basis. To the owners of club at eustis, please don't ever lose Patti she is the best person ever and makes living at club of eustis so amazing and joyful. I hope you know you found a gem when you hired her.

Read moreAs of right now I am very disappointed in this complex. I applied and got my approval email from their parent company RentCafe on Monday, May 16th. It is now Thursday, May 19th and I have yet to get an email or a phone call from Club at Eustis so that I can pay the rest of my deposit and get my new address. I have called multiple times these past couple of days with no response. I even had RentCafe email them to get in contact with me and still nothing. Read moreBuildings and office front are not well kept. Admin doesn’t do anything. I reported a stray cat (that a resident is feeding and keeping in a box under the staircase) on the property because it scratched my licensed RABIES VACCINATED 7lbs dog who didn’t even agitate it. It’s been months and the issue has not been resolved. In fact there are two cats and a kitten now. Yet they charged me a $200 pet fee for not IMMEDIATELY picking up his poop (I had to walk literally 2 mins bc my bags ran out and I did pick it up within 5 mins) Save yourself and don’t get caught up in the club at Eustis.
