I haven't had my hair cut in seven or eight years and was a little nervous to have such a drastic change. My stylist, Hanna, was patient and kind. She suggested different things and explained easily and efficiently. I ended up getting a style that I absolutely adore with her help! She was friendly and personable and suggested some products for me to try with the finer grade of hair I have.
