I stopped going to the Old Courthouse Catacombs years ago because they basically force your hand into paying for an unlimited pass at 30 dollars. They know by doing this that you’re not going to pay 20 dollars for a single pass into each haunted house (Catacombs and House of Lecter). Of course the catch is that you can go in as many times as you want to, to each spook house. Well, I don’t wanna go in a bunch of times. I just wanna go into each house one time, because once you’ve gone inside the first time, there’s no more surprises and it just becomes repetitive and boring.

So now every year I take my kid elsewhere without waisting my money on an unreasonable, overpriced, skeezy deal that feels like it should’ve been put on by...

THIS REVIEW IS OF THE "OLD COURTHOUSE CATACOMBS" The building is beautiful. But don't waist your time with the haunted house. First off, it's $20 per person to get in. Which, for the production level, is way to expensive. Secondly, it just sucks. Nothing about it is scary. The physicality of the basement its self is what they rely on the most due to its uneven floor and low ceilings. The props and sets are reminiscent of a grade school stage production and the "actors" biggest tactic is to stand in one spot and look at you. Find something...

Really a beautiful, historic setting for a special young friend’s wedding & reception! Easy to come in handicap entrance on Vine St. with short walk to the elevator. Convenient street parking was close to entrance. The room for the wedding was so pretty, with huge windows that made the wedding pictures even more special! The room just across the hall for the reception was gorgeous & a great place for the dinner & dancing. Highly recommend this venue for any important,...

This place is a decent place for decent size events like weddings or dances. I did not like how tight they were about being out of the building at a event at a certain time though. I feel like the building on the inside needs to be updated especially if they are having event like weddings there. Other than that it was very cool to see a old courthouse like that. You could definitely use the courthouse as a theme for a event.

Can't say I have ever visited the old courthouse other than to enjoy the haunted house. With that being said, the haunted house does NOT disappoint! Granted, the scares are top notch, but the walk thru the haunted house can be treacherous. Definitely not wheelchair accessible.

Went to the haunted house at the catacombs and had a good time. The path under the courthouse was a bit treacherous, but there were some good scares. They were playing some absolute jams.
