Milanos Italian Cuisine — Restaurant in Evansville

I had a breaded pork and mushrooms with brown gravy over the top. And a fried ravioli. I got it through grubhub. Fried ravioli wasn't included. I hardly feel like that was grubhubs fault. No brown gravy. Absolutely 0 flavor. It literally tasted like water. It came with a salad. Had tomatoes on too and onions and a couple other things. With an Italian dressing in a plastic ramekin. Dressing tasted like water. Pasta under pork tasted like water. I ordered food at 5. Maybe it was leftover in steam table and drained of flavor because of steam for a while. Which makes me question food freshness. Salad came with 2 rolls. Covered in a "heated garlic and herb" baste. Which Miraculously also tasted like water. 0 flavor. I'm hoping it was a covored hot food issue whish extra moistened the food. Or it was because cooks didn't wanna cook anything that late ( do t know when they closed). But fazolis made them look bad. Not impressed fr plates were gross, the men waiters and manager look they are all on drugs, my food was very good but the other 3 plates my family had they were not good. Garlic bread was gross and flavorless, dry atmosphere, bathrooms were very cold tile in ceiling was missing. I do wanna compliment the girl waitress with the red hair she was the only one who seemed concerned and kept asking us if we had been helped and had gotten any drinks yet. The owner gave us free desserts to try and make up all the mistakes they kept making which mistakes do happen but clearly they don't know how to work as a team as it seemed chaotic a little bit. Hopefully with this review the owner isn't mean to his staff and focuses on the communication skills they very much need. Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. My wife and I get one weekend out every six months, chose to go there, and it was awful from the beginning. They were out of the first three appetizers we ordered, they were out if; one of which being roasted ravioli. I have a huge bag of this in my freezer. When we finally got our cheese sticks that we didn’t particularly want they were something right out of a box, but mad with tears and sadness… also dry. When my wife and I finally got our main course, they made hers completely wrong. Mine tasted ok. When we spoke to the manager about it, they couldn’t have cared less.
