Went to a bachelorette party at PWAT tonight! It was wonderful, Bri was our instructor/guide/teacher? Amazingly talented and just the best person to help assuage my creative fears and countless questions! I asked, what should we do if we want to tweak our design after the party is over? And I learned that there is a free open studio space you can attend to work on finishing your painting, plus there’s always an artist to consult. I might need to go back for this painting study hall! This getting lengthy, but I also admire that the water cups are simple red Solo cups that are REUSED again and again and minimal water is wasted as well. We love the sustainability and functionality!

I've painted several times with PWAT and even had an event there, too. Every time has been a wonderful experience! You just keep wanting to come back for the fun and creative atmosphere! I've introduced several friends and my boyfriend for their first PWAT, they have all loved it! The paintings or whatever art you make is a perfect keepsake to display art and a momento to remember a great night with your friends, family, or significant other. I highly recommend going at least once or do a take home painting if you're shy!

It was a fun date night experience. Drinks are an extra charge to the painting, but reasonable (1 dollar for a coke, 5 bucks for wine). I learned that 'I'm suck' at painting, but my wife loves it, so I enjoyed it through her. The staff was attentive, and the facility was clean. They provide aprons, but I'd recommend coming to the show in something you'd be ok getting paint on. Family friendly. You can see in my photos what I was supposed to paint... My art will stay hidden from the world 😃

The first class I attended was a fundraiser for SWIRCA. I had so much fun that I have joined several other classes. I am not much of an artistic person. You don't have to have talent to have fun at the classes. I was very surprised how well my paintings have turned out. I even have one hanging in my office at work. I always tell my friends, "If an accountant can do it, anyone can." The instructors do a great job of explaining the steps and helping with any corrections you may want. They encourage creativity and making the painting your own. Everyone's painting is unique. It is just a great time with friends to hang out and not take anything too serious. I have attended another studio. Evansville's staff topped them easily. They are so friendly and helpful. They make the...

My husband and I had a great experience at Evansville's Painting with a Twist. We attended the Paint Your Own Pet session (because our dogs are our life), and we showed up with zero artistic ability or know-how. The staff was very helpful and encouraging, and we had more fun than we expected. Our pictures also turned out fantastic! Though one of us (cough-my husband-cough) needed a little assistance making one of our dog's faces look perfect, once the staffers helped, both pictures looked incredible. These paintings are hanging on our living room wall (we're proud enough of them to allow anyone who enters our home to see them), and we would definitely return for another painting experience. There's no hesitation when I say I would absolutely recommend...

I went to a class at the Evansville location with a friend and we had a blast! I have painted acrylic before, but I'm no expert. The class was pretty easy to follow, but our instructor did go a little fast for some. She would be explaining the next step and how to achieve the look we were going for and almost everyone would still be working on technique from the previous steps. I understand that they are on a time limit, so they can't spend a lot of time helping everyone perfect their paintings. I don't hold the rushing against them because of this reason. Overall, it was a good time and I really liked seeing how everyone's art was so different at the end, even with the same instructions. I'll definitely attend another class in...
