Adams Furniture — Attraction in Everett

My boyfriend and I are extremely satisfied with our experience here. Since our first visit, we've purchase every piece of furniture we need from there. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that some of the assembly is more extensive than it seems in the store, but if you want everything assembled for you then expect to pay 3x as much. The quality is great. Nothing looks or feels cheap, but the price is better than anywhere else we've found. So far, we've purchased a kitchen table and chairs, coffee and end tables, two bedside tables, 2 table lamps, a bookcase and a rug, and we'll be going back for more lamps and a TV stand. The wood is all solid and looks really nice. I don't think it's possible to find this level of quality for less money. The customer service is even better than their quality. When we first walked in, we were greeted by a salesman who we have asked for every time since. He is very honest and upfront with you about the furniture, and does his best to find what you're looking for. One day we went in when he wasn't there, and the woman we talked to instead was just as helpful as he was. When we were looking at bookcases, the size we wanted was out of stock and would take about 2 weeks to order. He told us that if we wanted one sooner, that we could get a cheaper make and price at Target. We bought one at Target, but ended up returning it and buying one at Adam's anyway because it was so much better. I really appreciate the honesty, even though he didn't think it was helping him make a sale. The warehouse workers are also really polite and helpful. If the box is too big for your car, they will help you take the inner boxes out so it will fit. Every person we've encountered who works there was a true professional. I generally try to take 1 and 5 star ratings with a grain of salt, because people tend to exaggerate. However, we haven't had any negative experiences with the merchandise or the people, and they've definitely gained loyal customers as long as we're in the area. Made a purchase at this store price about 5k including the insurance for 5 years after few months the set of sofa was getting discolored so bad came to the store talked to manager he completely ignored me while he was enjoying his conversation with his coworker laughing and had me wait. After a few trips back and forth at the store and them refusing to change the sofa even though I had insurance finally got a new set had to pay $100 more. Now after 3 years had to get them serviced because of some problems. Went to the store they said you will get a call in 2 days waited for their call and nothing. 2 weeks pass had to go back to the store the manager said oh we been busy bla bla after a few days from my second trip to the store they sent someone who was so rude no hi no bye nothing. Just came took pictures then left the next day I received a call from the manager saying that they can’t do anything about it because I got a replacement few months after I bought them. I asked him why he didn’t tell me this the first time I got them replaced because of their manufacture problem not mine I paid 5k and expected them to last not discolor in a few months and why would they sell insurance for 5 years when they can say hey the insurance can be used only one time and I would never have paid $500 for it. Worst place to buy furniture for your house as soon as they take the money they will be rude, ignore, drag the process for anything. They are only nice till they get the money. This is my 4th purchase from Adam’s Furniture Store my first purchase was 3 seater couch, followed by a Matress with headboard and a 5 drawer chest, and now a recliner and a table lamp and each time I was greeted almost instantly with the help from (Jasmine) who is such a pleasure to do business with. I have had a Wonderful experience from looking to ordering to the delivery. The guys are so quick with getting in your furniture and assembling it in such a quick and friendly manner that I definitely recommend shopping there and definitely will be getting more stuff.At first I thought I was going to be bombarded with associates attacking you once you walked in the door like they have at other places I've gone to but no they said hi and let you look around and asked if you needed any help to just call one over and that's what I did was able to look around and see what I was able to get for my new apartment which is much smaller than what I've had in the past and I went in with the measurements of what I was able to work with to fit in my new place I ended up asking a question and then that person (Jasmine) was the one who ended up helping me with the purchase of a new couch and a beautiful glass with diamonds end table and she was not pushy and was honest with what was comfortable and what was not I definitely would recommend to see her to help you with choosing furniture for your home and I will definitely be going back and have her help me with getting more further for my...
